chapter 10- Fun?

"Where is she?"

"I saw her in a coffee shop but she doesn't remember who I am" pony said. "Good that's a start". Shadow replied

"Do you think we'll be able to convince meredith?" Pony asked

"Tsk tsk tsk no pony. The question is, will you be able to convince her?"shadow asked this time looking straight at pony's eyes. "You are not scared are you?"

"What? She's just a mere girl. I can handle her. I just need some time to build a relationship with her" Pony replied.she could feel her fear. If liam or ace sees her with red, she'd be dead.

"And pony?"

"Yes?"

"Take care of your scar." Shadow said. Meredith saw when ace tore her cheek with a knife. Shit I forgot about that!"

Working in a coffee shop hasn't been much fun job for red. I mean no job is really fun to do but with the help of benny, she's able to make ends meet with her extra hours pay.

" C'mon meredith it's just one night please?"

" My answer is still the same benny" red replied

" A yes?" Benny asked with excitement

"No" red replied laughing." You're no fun" benny replied pouting her lip and tapped red on her shoulder

"I know,thanks for reminding me " red shot back. " Fine! How about I come over at your place with drinks and desserts?" Benny asking clapping her hands together like a child.

" Benny?"

"Aw c'mon,no fun in your house either?" Benny asked

'ok fine" red replied. "Good I'll just call the girls for Sunday get together" benny said.

"I'm sorry what?" Meredith asked. "You expect fun with just the two of us? I'm much fun but you are no fun, so I need to bring for fun to have fun" benny said rolling her eyes.

"Jesus benny"

"Sunday it is!" Benny said and exited the shop. "Good night meredith"

"Hey peter,you enrolled theo yet?" Liam asked.

"Yea he'll resume on Monday" peter replied. "Yay! I can't wait to meet new people daddy" theo replied." I wish meredith were here, I'd love her to drive me to school every morning"

"Aawwnn I wish same too buddy" peter replied his son and pat him on his shoulder." But hey! It's a small world we live in, we can see her anyday"

"Ok daddy"

"Hey ace"

"What?!" Ace asked

"Wanna play?"

"Fuck off liam" ace replied

"C'mon baby,let's play" liam said

"Don't fucking call me that!"

"Why baby?" Liam asked, mocking ace

"Ok that's it!" Ace said clodiy the book he was reading and pursued liam around the loft. "I'll fucking kill you". "Last time I remembered you are not a fast runner buy it's much fun seeing you pursue me" laim said

"I swear to God liam...."

" Really guys?"

"What the hell are you doing here" liam asked.

" Relax liam.i came here to talk" pony replied. "Ppfft I came here to talk. Oh please" liam mimicked pony

"Whatever you wanna say pony,take it along with you and get the fuck outta here" Ace said.

"Aw c'mon ace, because you gave me a little scratch doesn't mean I'll be scared of you baby" pony said

'dont fucking call him that' liam defended

"Shut up liam" ace said.

"For real?" Liam replied. " I thought you hated that pet name. Oh oh oh pony here's got a vagina and only creatures with vaginas can call you baby" liam said laughing hard

" I don't mind giving you that little scratch again pony" ace threatened.

"Fine I'll just go straight to the point" pony said. "Shadow wants to go after Meredith and I don't want that"

"Oh really. Sweet pony doesn't want to be a villian anymore" ace said with humour

"Chill bro, I would risk leaving shadow to join your weak asses anyway" pony shot back

" Leave"

" I came here to talk to peter" pony said. "I'm not leaving till I see Peter"

"Now!"

"Nope. Still not going" pony said with confidence. "Hey liam, you've got some sticks?"

" I don't feed assholes" liam said to pony which made her feel a little embarrassed.

"Oops I'm sorry did I just hit a nerve?"

"You want to keep meredith safe? Call me when you're ready to talk. Liam knows where to find me" pony said whispering to ace. "Right baby?" She asked with a sheepish smile and left the loft.

" What the fuck is shadow up to?" Liam asked

" I don't know. Maybe you should ask pony after your next make out session" ace said.

" Oh please." Liam said rolling his eyes. "It's not my fault you haven't had sex for years" laim shot back

" How the hell did you mother let you live in her house for 18 years without Killing you for fuck sake?!" Ace asked, irritated with Liam's presence already.

" Trust me, she's always wanted to get rid of me when I was still a week old in her tummy" liam replied

" I'm disappointed it didn't work out" ace replied

"Me too" liam said
