MEREDITH (ONGOING)

chapter 12- Pressure

"You are just so useless, what if -ah pony is here.

"Hey". pony replied."where's the girl?" Shadow asked immediately pony walked in.

"I brought you coffee!"pony said grinning, knowing shadow was expecting her to bring meredith along but she had missed the chances shadow had given her. Shadow hit the cup of coffee pony was holding with annoyance and it spilled on the floor. "Don't fucking play me young lady" shadow said gritting his eyes.

" Shadow I told you I'd have to start a relationship with her. seizing her isn't a good idea and also not a big deal for me to go but that won't make her believe anything we say" pony replied, hiding her fear. "Just fucking work in that shop pony, if you want a relationship" shadow said rolling his eyes.

"Nope I'm okay with being a regular customer"

"Fine do whatever you want to do but don't fail to bring her to me before those bastards get her." Pony wasn't comfortable with shadow calling liam and his mates bastards. Since when do I even care" pony thought.

Her relationship with liam in the past was a good one until her parents accident. Opposites attract,they say but liam and pony are opposites but do not attract. Shadow had promised he to help her revenge her parents death. She doesn't know what shadow's plan are until he tells her. The man is unpredictable. One minute he's here and the next he's there.

  People had tried to get shadow. The cops, law enforcement officers but they never saw nor met him in the building but with luck pony had always been able to get awat with the crimes shadow made her commit.

" You okay?"

" Hey wayne" pony replied, breathing heavily

" You don't wanna do it, do you?" Wayne asked

"Ppfft oh please, it's no big deal. It's just meredith". Pony said and chuckled. Wayne could tell she is lying but acted like he believed her. " You want the girl, I'll bring her to you" pony scoffed. "But for now get the fuck outta my room". Wayne glared at her before leaving her room. Fucking bastard..she muttered as she lay down on her bed.closing her eyelids,she drifted off to sleep.

"Morning"

" Why are you still here?" Shadow asked

"It's 7a.m boss?" Pony said with a questioning look on her face. That was supposed to come out as a statement and not a question.

"Uh-huh" shadow raised his eyebrows. "The shop won't be opened till 8a.m" pony said.

"Now's  the perfect time to go" wayne said out of nowhere.

"Oh morning to you too wayne! I see you had a good night" pony said rolling her eyes .

"Do whatever you want, but if those bastards get her before you do, I'll kill you myself" shadow said

"What the fuck is wrong with him?" Pony asked acting as if she didn't hear shadow threaten her.

"You wanna be treated as second to me? Bribg meredith to me,then you'll get all the respect you deserve from anyone in here.dont fail me pony" shadow said, turning his back on pony and left her prescence.fuck,my date!". Pony thought and immediately went to the bathroom
