'Cocktails and Dreams' the name in bright pink neon lights, glowing in the early evening street as Tae headed for the building.

The bar was posh, it was upmarket, classy and had a certain atmosphere that couldn't be found anywhere else. Being a top notch defence lawyer was stressful and left little time to socialise so when he could make the time, he wanted to go somewhere decent.

It was already quite busy when he entered through the glass door, entering the foyer before going through to the bar area. This place had private booths on the floor above that formed a circle so party goers could guarantee a table and look down onto the main area below. The last time he was here was for a birthday and they'd been in one of the booths, it was a good evening, there aren't many places where you can spend the whole evening without wanting to move on but this was one of them.

It felt good to be out of the suits for once, there wasn't an in between at the moment, smart tailored suits for ten hours a day and straight into pyjamas before climbing into bed every night. Tonight he wore a black satin sleeveless top, the rounded neckline a little lower than he usually liked but went with it anyway. He'd teamed it with smart black, loose trousers and a black longline leather jacket. His dark chocolate coloured hair, slightly wavy and parted to reveal his forehead and his neck was emphasised by the thin black choker sitting snugly against the skin. He'd triple checked himself over in the mirror and thought that he might be overdressed but now, as he chose a table to sit at, he did feel good.

Kim Taehyung was a social butterfly, it was partly what made him a confident lawyer when in the courtroom because he didn't have any trouble walking around, addressing people and making eye contact with everyone he deemed necessary. He was confident, approachable and highly sociable in nature, the problem being that outside of work, there wasn't a great deal of time to socialise, full stop.

It was relatively early in the evening so most people that occupied the tables were eating or in the process of ordering. The table service in the establishment was also something that stood it apart from other places, especially when you were in one of the booths for a private function because no one really liked leaving the gathering to go to the bar. He pulled the chrome chair out and sat down at the small circular table, picking up the menu to look at what they had on offer. He'd eaten here once or twice but not enough to know the menu off by heart, taking his time to peruse the sections. The menu choices were basic, as you'd expect in a place that largely relied on its drinks but the choices were varied and of a high standard. As he was reading the options, a young girl appeared to take his order, giving him a big smile and blushing when he returned it.

As well as all of the above, Kim Taehyung was one of the most stunning human beings on the planet. Everyone told him that he should be on a catwalk, not arguing that the guy caught stealing on CCTV had a just reason for doing so. Even a Judge advised him to contact 'Vogue' once during the adjournment of a case, which had amused Tae greatly and forced the prosecuting lawyer to roll his eyes. He thought that sometimes his looks were a curse because he was also naturally flirty by nature and he seemed to spend his life batting men away who thought he was coming onto them, when in fact he was just being himself. His friends always used to take him along to parties, claiming he was the best wingman, which basically meant he attracted both males and females, much to the joy of his mates.

The waitress grinned as Tae gave her his order, giving him the sweetest smile and fluttering her eyelashes before turning away. Tae took his phone out of his pocket and started checking his emails out of habit, quickly closing down the app when he reminded himself that he was meant to be having an evening away from work. He sat back in the chair and looked around the room, noting there were quite a few tables occupied and several more people filtering in through the doors. He enjoyed people watching, he always believed you could tell a lot about people from the way they carried themselves and the way they interacted with others. In his line of work, studying body language was useful when a client was trying to spin him a line!
