I moved my little amount of belongings from my hotel room into my new room at the tower after parting ways with Steve and Bucky. I settled down for the night changing into something more comfortable and going grocery shopping for some supplies like actual veggies, not the frozen kind and some unprocessed healthier foods.
I decided to cook dinner for the team making a simple lasagna and some garlic bread with a Caesar salad hoping to make a good impression. I started on dinner and the twins were back now after being out all day, they both decided to hang around the kitchen to introduce themselves and get to know me better. The gesture was sweet and I truly appreciated it.
Wanda was a sweetheart but a little nervous which was, in all honesty, fair and Pietro was a huge flirt, full of sarcasm. He made me laugh so much I dropped the cheese which he caught with his fast reflexes flexing his arms for me after.
I asked Jarvis who I had grown to like and find quite helpful to call the rest of the team down for dinner, they all sat themselves just as I placed the bowl of salad down. I took the only empty seat between Wanda and Tony. "This looks great," Clint said as he quickly dug in burning his tongue with the hot food making everyone laugh.
"Yes it is we never get to eat together let alone a homemade hot meal" Bruce added and I smiled. "A woman of many talents I see" Tony whispered in my ear making me laugh.
Dinner was a success, I'd like to assume I made a great impression on the team especially after my little story about how the first member I met on my own put me in a chokehold and hopefully they trust me enough now to start meddling into their lives, I had a few plans I would like to orchestrate. It would be a drastic change but hopefully for the better after all my creativity should finally start seeping through.
Tony was flirty throughout the whole dinner but from research and whatnot, I knew he was quite a ladies man and that wasn't really my foreplay. I simply laughed along not paying much attention which made him want my attention more.
