I've changed the ages a bit in this so that (Y/N) is 18 joining the Scouts and Hange is around 20, but you can always pretend that their ages are different if you want. I'm using she/her pronouns for both Hange and (Y/N) - although I may switch to they/them for Hange, I'll let you know if I do.
Also this won't follow the manga/anime at all really - except for one or two events. This is just about the Hange-Y/N relationship.
