They would begin by dividing forces. Even with the Gilan clan weakening the army's forces, there were still too many powerful soldiers. Norman decided it was better that way.

They were criminals in the eyes of the royals. They were wanted, but nevertheless they always got away with it. The royals concluded that the raids that were happening were carried out by demons.

"I'm not revealing the location of the hideout." Norman said. "They'll be targeting a different place altogether. With the Lambda itself invaded, they sure will send as many soldiers as they can."

"The royal army won't fight us. Soon, it will be the Tifari. Since the royals and the nobles are going to be altogether in one place, we will assassinate the queen and the rest of the nobility." (Y/N) continued to explain.

"We will strike eight days from now. While the Tifari takes place, as (Y/N) said, we will assassination the whole line of the monarchy." Norman ended. He grabbed a piece from the chessboard, notably the queen.

"Only 8 days and we will change the world!" Barbara cheered. "The game is on!"

"Now, for the next move-"

"There's still the issue with the evil-blooded girl." Vincent cutted him off. "What will you do with her? As long as she exists, our goals cannot be taken to full conclusion."

"I already have a plan of course." Norman replied.

(Y/N) knew Norman sent Gilda and Don to search for this demon girl named Mujika. He sent Hayato, Jin and Ayshe for them to watch Gilda and Don. Once the evil-blooded girl was found, he ordered Hayato and Jin to immediately kill her. Along with some defects from the Lambda of course. They were all defects so there wasn't much of a difference.

"(Y/N)." Barbara called her.

She replied with a hum, turning to the brunette. "Can we see you face again?" Barbara asked with hopeful eyes.

After Ray and Emma had gone off, she unreasonably just started to put on her mask and hood. Since then, she never took it off unless it was the occasion to eat and to wash up. And she was growing annoyed by all of the attention around the town. She was the type of person so sit quietly at the back and not get noticed.

Her (E/C) eyes glared at the energetic girl, irritated. "No."

"Aw man!" Barbara pouted and sat on the table infront of her.

"Have you gotten any sleep, (Y/N)?" Norman asked in concern. "You should rest, we have a long week ahead of us."

"Right." She sighed and got up. Before she could even turn the handle of the door, she turned to Norman. "On second thought, can we talk for a second Norman? If you got some time to kill, that is."

"It's alright." Norman stood up from his seat. They left their three comrades insjde and walked down the hallway.

"So, what did you want to talk about?" Norman asked.

"I think I've got a crush on Ray." (Y/N) blurted out, which startled Norman.

He was not expecting that statement. "Did I hear you correctly?" Norman tugged a smile. "Ray? Emo-haired Ray?"

"If he was here, he'll slap you again for calling his hair 'emo'." She scoffed and stopped walking, leaning on one of the railings.

"And I like his hair." She mumbles.

Norman chuckled and stopped walking as well, crossing his arms. "Never knew Athena could have such feelings."

"Shut up." She said, then smirking. "Like I don't know of your oh so wholesome romantic feelings for Emma."

Norman's cheeks started to warm up. "Oh! Her bright green eyes are so captivating! Her smile just makes me melt everytime I see them! Oh the pure joy!"

Norman tried to compose himself after hearing her mock him. A blush was evidently seen on his cheeks.

(Y/N) couldn't contain her laughter. "Don't even get me started when she just breathes and stands there for only a second. What a beautiful girl! I love her so much I could-"

"I think that's enough." Norman swiftly shutted her up. He looked away, blushing. "So, did you want to talk about Ray?"

"Yeah." She looked down. "I figured that you would be familiar of this feeling because of your feelings for Emma, you know?"

"I just want to clear things." She said. "He's just in my head everytime, it's so frustrating."

Norman laughed. "You're in love."

(Y/N) took her hood off out of frustration. Pulling her mask off her face, she sighed and held her temples.

"I wouldn't call it love though.." She said, hesitant of her own thoughts. "I just simply like him, how do I stop this? This is a scary feeling."

"You can't forcibly stop your feelings." Norman said. "It's just there."

"Ah, I wanna rest from all of this." She sighed. "I really don't like this feeling."

"You should tell him." Norman said. "That way, you won't be so nervous. It will lift a huge weight off your chest."

"But that would be so awkward!" She exclaimed. Confessing was never on her list. To top it all, it would be embarrassing.

"Don't be embarrassed." Norman said. "Ray will understand."

"Even if he doesn't like you, which I doubt he doesn't, it's fine to experience having a crush you know?" Norman smiled.

"You sound so experienced right now." She rolled her eyes. "I doubt you even have told your feelings towards Emma."

"T-that doesn't matter." Norman coughed. "Anyway, you won't have to worry about a thing."

"Why?"

"I see the way he looks at your, uhm, feet? I don't know he seems to stare at you." Norman said. "But I'm glad he likes you back."

"How the heck do you even know that?"

"Just a feeling."

A/N:

Short fluff for y'all because things are gonna be disastrous.

Norman should just man up and confess to Emma.
