bet ya missed me

the group of you still running through the dark, the night sky slightly illuminated by the shimmering stars above your heads. "i'm tireddd," twice complained, dragging the last of his words in emphasis. "shut up," dabi groaned in annoyance, punching his shoulder lightly, pushing past him. 

"hey! what was that for?!" he fought back, trying to speed up but failing miserably. dabi lowly chuckled at his attempts, only frustrating him more. "quit arguing, dumbasses!" you yelled back at them with a giggle, still being held tightly by himiko running infront faster than everyone else.

before the four of you was the old rough looking building of the infamous LOV secret base. "it's been awhile," you chuckled, looking up at the building with a small smirk which crept up onto your lips. 

"well, what are you waiting for?! let's go inside!~" toga grinned, reaching over to the door handle and pushing it open, an eerie sounding creek coming with the action. as she opened the door, you were greeted by the sight of the bar and a couch at the side of the room. 

kurogiri was stood on the opposite side of the bar, acting as a bartender, as shigaraki sat infront of him on a stool. "ah, y/n, you're finally back," mr compress spoke, approaching you with open arms. "nice to see you again compress," you smiled, clearly excited to be back home. 

"shiggy!" you taunted, skipping over to where he was sat, "what, y/n? and stop call me that." he grumbled raspily, peering at you with a side-eye. "why've you gotta be so grumpy all the time?" you grunted with a teasing pout. "because you are annoying," he responded back casually, "hmph, bet ya missed me~" you mocked once again, switching moods back being answered by a short grumble. 

after finishing annoying shigaraki, you skipped around the base, just simply looking around to see if anything had changed in the past month. you slumped sleepily on the couch, right next to himiko and opposite twice. "awe~ are you tired~" she giggled, pulling an arm around your shoulder softly. "mhm," you hummed, snuggling yourself up towards the girl and her warmth. 

"aww, so cute~~" she purred, stroking her hands through your hair and resting her head on the top of yours with a content, happy grin on her face. 

"ugh, get a room," dabi grunted whilst walking past the two of you behind the couch you both we sat at. "shut up, dabi. she's sleepy," toga hissed at him before looking back at you lovingly as you nuzzled closer into her. "so cute! ew no, go somewhere else," twice switched opposite both of you. 

(i'm sorry that this chapter is kind of shorter than the others and that i haven't been posting in awhile, but i will try to either post another longer chapter later today or at some point tomorrow. thank you all for all the support for this book i really appreciate it!)
