Gon sits class, smiling as doodled on an clear, lined paper from his notebook. He had finished the class' exam in less than ten minutes, so he just waited for the bell to ring so that he could move onto his next class.

His attitude was uplifted immensely; his grades returned to their five star standards, his physical not only returned to a healthy aura but he just seemed brighter.

Maybe it was because he had a somewhat of a boyfriend that was the same boy that he's loved for years now...

And maybe it was because he felt more at ease knowing this person was his and he knew what he needed to do if someone ever tried to step in between them...

Speaking of which...

It was the second to last class of the day and Killua was at his locker, switching a few books out, his friends waiting for him.

"Hey, Killua, have you seen Ryuuji?" Natsu asks, thoughts wandering.

"No, not for a while. I've messaged him a few times but got no response." If Killua were honest, he forgot about what happened between him and Ryuuji. After his butler disposed of the body, he never bothered with the subject again; if the idea of him missing became public, he'd have ways of handling it.

"Yeah, I haven't heard from him either."

"Hey, Kil," Retz chimed in. "Changing the subject, but I heard was Tzuyu talking about you in literature the other day."

"Really?" Killua switched out the last book, getting his things settled.

"Yeah, I think she's interested in you."

Killua laughed a little, "Well, I'm flattered but," The bell signaling the next class rang. "I'm focusing on other things right now." The silverette smiled before walking away to his next class, anticipating the upcoming weekend.

Gon scurried down the steps from his house to the pretty, fancy car parked up front. The silverette exited the car quickly to run around and open the car door, "I was on my phone, I didn't think you'd sprint all the way here so quickly." He joked, gesturing the boy into the car.

Gon giggled, "Sorry." He slid into the seat, Killua following behind. The silverette leaned in, placing a sweet kiss on the other's cheek before signaling the driver to begin his route to the destination. "Where are we going this time? And don't say it's a s-"

"It's a surprise." Killua smiled playfully as Gon fake groaned, leaning away from the silverette. Killua pulled the boy gently back towards him, his arm wrapped around his shoulder, "So how was your day?"

"Good," Gon smiled happily, never getting used to the feeling of being this close to the other. "School's been fine, not really stressed about exams so.."

"Of course not, you're like the smartest person in the entire school. I'm surprised no one asks you to tutor them."

Although I'd have to make sure they keep their distance...

"Well you're both social and smart, so it's easy for you to say." Gon smiled.

"What do you mean?"

Gon playfully rolled his eyes, "Everyone loves you, of course."

"What are you talking about? People like you." Killua questioned, confused.

"Well, not everyone..." Gon spoke, a little solemn.
