Chapter 2

Bzzzbzzzbzzz I felt the vibration of my phone.

'Come meet me at the island.'

Smell and David had a little place right by our house where there is a piece of land in the middle of the lake with a long bridge connecting to it.I guess he wanted to meet me. I got my bag and got going

David's POV....

I was pacing like crazy I didn't know how to do this. She was getting too obsessed with the Doctor she has spent her whole life waiting. So have I, for this moment where I would help her let him go. I mean he can't actually be real, can he?

"Hey David, whats up?" She was here.

"Hey Sarah. I..well I just.... I wanted to ask you something." Here it goes,

"I know how much you love the Doctor and I just want to help. I want to save your feelings from being hurt when he never shows up. So I was wondering,"

"So your saying he isn't real." She started. "You think I'm crazy just like the rest!"

"No! I just..."

"No I know what you meant."

I think I was jealous of the Doctor.

Sarah's POV....

I can't believe it he is just like the others, this whole time! He thinks I'm crazy.

When I got home I packed a bag so when the doctor comes I will be ready i don't care when.Without thinking about David anymore.

I didn't realize how late it was.

10:12

I was too tired to do anything else so I just went to bed.

Next Morning

"Sarah!" That was mum.

Oh my gosh, I forgot today Alfie moves out for college! I got dressed really fast just in time to see him getting in the car.

"Alfie!" I called before he started the car.

"Glad you made it." He laughed.

"Hope you get lots of smarticals." I said as I hugged him.

He laughed, he always does.

"Well, I guess I gotta go, love you guys." He started up his car and winked at me as he drove out.

"There he goes." Mum said I think she was going to cry.

I was wondering what the wink meant he usually never does that.
