Backstory: When she was 9, Kanashī's house burned down which killed her parents. This was the time around the huge killing event that happened because of Junko. She was devastated. She had to live with at least someone, so her older cousin took her in, pretty much turning into her older brother. They love eachother a lot, and she would stay a lot closer to him than others. Because her parents were gone, she developed depression at a very young age; and when she was around 13 years-old, she started secretly cutting herself, and giving herself scars because she keeps thinking "I'm not good enough".

Other: She's absolutely terrified of Fire, because of her backstory. It's a big phobia of hers. Kanasī smiles when she talks or when someone brings up a good/happy topic, but inside she's sad and depressed. Hopefully later in the story she'll be happier. She'll draw when she gets bored, or when she needs to let her emotions out.
