She is the Slytherin twin of James Potter but she has made her own name as captain of the quidditch team, the best player ever, and her name? Ivy Potter. This is the story of how I came to be who I am.
The next morning all our classes had been cancelled to give us time to get our costumes, Lily and I got up before the boys and headed down to Hogsmeade, we arrived at one of the costume stores and walked inside. There were so many costumes and masks everywhere it was amazing. Lily had planned to go as like a nature princess/fairy person as it fit with her patronus being a doe. I had gone for a dark shadow assassin person as my patronus was a panther the same as my animagus. We found our costumes first, Lily's was a flowy white dress with vines and flowers decorating it, it also had a white hood with and ivy crown. My costume was black trousers and a black corset with like a cloak/jacket thing with a large hood. We tried our costumes on and loved them, so we wandered around looking for masks, I had found a black mask that covered my eyes and half of the bottom of my face. Lily found a green mask that covered her eyes decorated with vines and leaves. We paid for our costumes and headed back to school.
When we arrived back the boys had already got their costumes and they showed us them. The boys were all princes to do with their patronuses, so Sirius was the prince of darkness, James was the prince of the forest, Remus was the prince of the moon and Wormtail was the prince of cheese. They all had crowns of some sort and they were going to wear suits and masks to match. "what your costumes girls?" James asked. "nope, you'll just have to wait till tomorrow to find out" Lily said running up to our dorm, with both our costumes. James, Remus and Peter went back to their dorm with their costumes leaving me and Sirius. "did it work?" I asked him, "of course it worked" he replied. We had made a plan to get James and Lily to match and it worked as James had gotten a dark green suit as he was the prince of the forest and Lily had gotten a white dress with the same colour green as a belt, details and a mask.
