Justin's pov

My mum finally left to the house, she kept on bugging me to admit my feelings for katrina for the past hour

After the phone call that she had with her sister, she didn't utter a word, she looked deep in thought

"Hey, what are you thinking" I told her

She looked at me and shook her head

"Kat.." I took her hand in mine

"Nothing, justin" she told me

"Im going to leave you for a moment to get coffee from the cafetria downstairs, do you want anything?"

"No, thank you" she said just above a whisper

"Kat, when I get back, I want you to tell me what is bothering you" I told her and left the room

My walk to the cafeteria, my mind was filled about what my mother had told me before she kissed me goodbye

"You have one life Justin, be happy and let julian have another mum, that girl inside that room loves you, if you don't open your eyes and see it, she can be gone out of your sight before you have the chance to say the words 'I love you'"

"Hello, how can I help you, sir" the women at the counter smiled at me

"Hi, um could I have a cup of cappuccino please with two sugars" I told her

"That would be $3.50" I nodded and gave her a five dollar and I let her keep the change

She thanked me and I waited for my order to be called out

I was looking at how the workers, were working smoothly around the counter to get everyone's orders on time when my phone started to ring

"Hello"

"Cousin how are you" I heard my cousin peter's voice come through the speaker

Peter is my uncle George's oldest son, he lives in Brisbane Australia. I don't get to see him much because he is the invester of my company and he is very good at his job

When we see each other. We make the best out of it because we are that close and he knows that i'll do anything for him and he will always have my back

"I have a favour, can you do help with it?" He asked

"Ill do anything for you peter, you know that...what is it?"

"Im in Canda and.."

"Your in Canada and you havent told me or visited me, im very disappointed, I thought we were close" I told him feeling slightly hurt

"Sorry, I just had alot on my mind, I promise, ill visit soon" he told me

" alright, what is your favour" I asked him as I got my coffee and went to the elevator

"I have this girl, she is sixteen years old and she is in trouble and she needs help or she will be killed by her boyfriend" peter's words rang in my ears

"Peter send her to my house and ill see what I can do" I told him as I approached katrina's room

When I went in, I saw katrina dressed and ready to go, with a bag in hand with an exchange of clothes

"Where do you think your going?" I told her

"While, you were in the cafetria, the doctor came in and discharged me" she told me as soon as she finsihed her sentence. The doctot walked in with a clipboard in hand

"Just sign here please Miss Martinis, and your way to go, just remember to drink your medicine 2 times a day" the doctor told her as she signed the papers

She looked at me and smiled "im fine justin, really" she assured me

I nodded my head and we left the hospital

"I need to get a taxi" she told me

"No, your not, your coming home with me" I told her, grabbing her hand in mine as I dragged her to where my car was parked in the hospital parking lot. Not letting to negotiate with me on that matter

We got to my house "justin. .."

I cut her off, telling her a white lie so she can stay in my sight at all times, not wanting to have another min-heart attach last time "julian, wanted to see you"

We got out of the car as I unlocked the front door

"Mum, julian we are home" I spoke troughout the house as sophia was right by my side as she looked at katrina with concern

"How are you katrina?" Sofiah asked

"Im doing fine, thank you" katrina replied with a smile forming in her lips

"where is everyone?" I asked sofiah

"Your mum is with a girl in the living room and Julian is with marcus the next door neighbour, they are having a BBQ" I nodded my head as katrina looked confused

"Okay thank you"

I approached the living room seeing a girl sitting on the floor, her head on my mother's lap as she sobbed quietly, my mum's concerned eyes for this young girl was full of worry

I felt katrina's presence beside me as we both looked confused at the situation in front of us

"Hello, how can I help..." I didn't even finish my sentence when suddenly she turned around and the shock was written all over my face

"A-april" katrina shocked out as I stood there frozen
