Y/N SHIFTED UNDER THE COVERS, a bright beam of sunlight spilling in from the window adjacent to her bed. She groaned tiredly, pulling the covers over her head before reaching her hand out to her bedside table and taking her phone off of it, pulling her charging cable out with a small snap.

She scrolled through apps aimlessly, allowing her body to cleanse itself of the leftover sleepiness before getting up and going to the bathroom. Tying her hair up, she pulled a shower cap over her head and got in the shower.

y/n shrieked when the cold water hit her body, her running to the corner of the tub for safety. She used her foot to test the temperature of the water again before getting back under.

The scent of her tropical body wash filled the entire bathroom, the fumes entering her nose and seeming to cloud her brain, bringing y/n a new sense of serenity.

Stepping out of the shower, the girl wrapped a towel around her body and brushed her teeth, finally heading out of the bathroom and back to her room.

y/n was contemplating on whether or not she wanted to leave her room for the day. She felt so unusually tired this week, though not sure why. Maybe she's been studying more than usual, since finals were coming up. But they were running out of groceries, and Sero rarely ever realized until dust bunnies were forming in the pantry, so it was mostly y/n who did the shopping.

Rubbing some lotion on her hands, y/n grabbed her phone off the bed and head out off her room, grabbing her keys and taking the elevator to the parking lot, not bothering to tell Sero where she's going since he was still asleep.

The day was sunny and humid, the sun immediately scorching on y/n's face to the point where she had to put down the sun visor to shade herself.

For a Saturday morning, the streets were oddly quiet, only a few cars passing her by on the way to the nearing supermarket.
