Y/N ROUGHLY GRABBED THE RINGING PHONE from the bed, stomping out to the living room where the shaggy-haired boy sat, guffawing at children's cartoon on the TV.

"Sero, pick up your phone, damn it!" She exclaimed, throwing the phone at his lean figure, her suppressing a laugh when it hit the side of his head. "It's been ringing for the past 5 minutes!"

"Ow-" He hissed, rubbing the side of his head as he glared at the girl. "Well, why didn't you say so??"

"I DI—"

"Yo!" Sero interrupted, finally answering the phone. y/n rolled her eyes, huffing and marching over to the kitchen to get a drink before sitting back down on the other couch, her laptop sat on her upper thighs.

She sipped her drink, blocking out the sounds of the TV and Sero's talking. Her fingers danced across the keyboard for only a short amount of time before she was brought out of her trance.

"It was Mina," Sero said, putting his phone down beside him.

"Mm?" y/n hummed, prompting him to continue as she kept her eyes on the screen.

"One of our UA friends, Momo, is throwing a party at the end of the week and she invited Mina. I guess she told her to bring people with her, so Mina invited us to come!"

"... A party? But finals—"

"y/n. You have studied beyond enough for finals, you're gonna do great! Besides, I think this will be good for you."

y/n blinked at him, instantly wondering whether or not this was the same Sero she's known since junior high. Ever since she moved in, he's just been proving himself to be absolutely nothing like he was back then, though it was evident that the both of them held on to some of their stubbornness.
