As soon as my name is called, bomb come flying down all around the stage and the Hall of Justice.
everyone is running around like crazy.
people are yelling, screaming, looking for their children, and fleeing to safety in the nearby shops.
no one knows why or how this is happening, but all people can seem to focus on is evading death.
I don't know whether to run an find my parents, or just sit and hope not to be burned alive in the bombing.
i've just been reaped, so i don't know if i could possibly be arrested for attempting to escape.
my questions are answered when two arms are wrapped around me and i'm lifted into the air.
whoever this is they must be strong.
they start carrying me across the square and soon the door to the Justice Building close behind me.
i go to protest but soon i'm shoved into a quite plush room and the door is locked behind me once again.
suddenly my mother comes in with a wicked grin on her face, but it drops when she sees me. Dad follows closely behind her but with a more heartfelt expression.
"Oh, Aaliyah!" Mother cries, throwing herself at me, who has now seated herself on the couch.
"Mom, i'm fine." i lie.
"You can do it. trust me. i know you can." Dad adds, hugging me tightly, like if he lets go he'll lose me forever.which isn't far off from reality.
"You're my daughter, get a bow. it's in your blood." Mother says sternly.
i nod and just then a Peacekeeper comes in and tries to drive them out. but you don't tell my mother what to do.
she knees him between his legs, and gives him the finger before nodding at me, then dad, and walking out.
Dad just laughs and follows behind her.
"I love you!" i say hugging them each one last time before they have to leave.
the door shuts but a minute later, Prim Rory and Lily come in crying.
"Aweea!" Lily say giggling.
"i'll mis you, Lily." i say holding her close.
"where are you going?" she asks.
"The Capitol." i say stifling a laugh at her youth and cluelessness.
"When are you coming back?" she asks softly.
"i don't know..." i say, leaving me just enough time to say my final goodbyes before they are gone.

.
a few more of my friends-well alot actually- come by and say their farewells, each bringing a fresh bucket of sobbs and sniffles to my seemingly soaked shoulder.
Two Peacekeepers drag me from the room and out the back entrance of the Justice Hall.
a car door opens and i assume i'm supposed to get in so i do.
a homely looking boy sits on the other side.
"who are you?" i ask rudely.
"Zion. Zion Cartwright." he says smirking.
"oh! so your the spawn of the she devil Delly!" i say sarcastically, laughing.
hmmm, why am i so happy.
