I had just been in a bad biking accident. The medic was trying to get my attention.
"Hello ma'am can you tell my your name?" She asked.
"E-Ellen." I said before I passed out.
Hours later after the surgery, I woke up in a hospital bed with my leg broken. I panicked causing the doctors to rush in.
"What happened? Where am I?" I asked my heart racing. The machine I was hooked up to even said.
"Calm down. You got hit by a car when you where riding your bike. Your in a hospital." One of the doctors said.
"What happened to my leg?"
"It was broken pretty bad. You my never walk again."
"Great, I will be the 2nd crippled person I know."
"Tell me about them."
"He's been one of my best friends since forever. He broke his back which parlized him." I said looking out the window.
"Where is she!" I heard a man yell.
"Sir who are you talking about?" The nurse asked.
"Tony! Over here!" I yelled trying to sit up.
"Oh Ellen are you ok?" He asked.
"Well other than I might steal Rhodes walking thing some times, I guess I'll be fine."
"Yeah not happing." Rhodes chuckled.
"Tony why are you here?" A man asked.
"Oh hey douchebag." He said.
"Tony!" I glared at him.
"We are here visiting a friend." He said rolling his eyes. Rhodes smiled, I knew he thought some thing was going on between them.
"Tony who's that?"I asked knowing he would kill me later.
"Dr. Strange." The man said.
"Well Dr. Strange I'm Ellen. How do you know Tony?" He gave me a I-will-kill-you look.
"We um....." He started.
"Oh your on the team. Nice." I finished for him.
"Damn you Ellen!" Tony scolded.
"Oh quit being a baby!" Rhodes said.
"Well nice to meet you Ellen." Strange said before leaving. Rhodes and I burst out laughing.
