Sam Wilson- Promise

"Come on, Sam!" I said.

"Anna I don't want you to get hurt." He said

"It's my first mission. I'm not even going in the building." Steve had made it clear that him, Thor, and Tony was to be the only ones to on in the building.

"Your the only one I care about on this team." I gave him a look that said really.

"What if Tony died?"

"That's not the point! Your my girlfriend Anna. One day my wife."

"She will be fine. Sam she will be with me." Nat said in my door way.

"Mr. Rogers request that everyone going on the mission be at the quinjet hanger in 5 minutes." F.R.I.D.A.Y. said.

"Friday! How many more?" I yelled as I was being shot at.

"Just 2 more yard's" She said.

"Anna how are you doing?" Steve asked over coms.

"I'm getting shot at!" I thought that was clear but I guess not

"Who can help?" Steve asked.

"I'm held up at the moment." Sam said.

"I got her." Nat said, soon enough she was right beside me shooting at the HYDRA's agents following me.

"Nat were almost there." I said smiling.

"Just in time, they are all dead and I'm out of ammo."

"Friday open the door." As soon as I stepped in I fell to the ground.

"Anna! You have been shot."

"I guess so."

"Anna, what happened?" Sam asked looking white as a ghost.

"It's nothing big. Ah. Just a small wond." I started coughing up blood.

"Sam get her to the tower. Once t you get there Nat bring the jet back." Steve said.

"N-no I'm fine I need to help." I coughed up more blood.

"Your not fine. I wish you didn't come along." Sam said as Nat started the jet.

"S-sam if I don't m-make it, just k-know it's not y-your fault."

"Your going to make it Anna don't talk like that."

"I-I love y-you S-sam." I said it. My last words. I never thought I'd die this young.

"No nononono, No!" Sam held my body close to his as he started to cry.

"She gone, Steve." Nat said on the verge of tears.

"Damnit."
