Wanda is living in apartment by herself after the hex. It's common for her to have a few people who fall off the roof from failed parkour stunts, wind, or even because someone pushed them off. This visitor isn't one of those.
When she comes home from the grocery store it's late, 10 o'clock. By the time she puts everything away and is done some cleaning it's 11. She heads to bed, but doesn't sleep. She lays there staring at the stars from her magic.

Shit.
I hope I was quite enough just in case this isn't the right landing. I look to the window and the shades are closed.
You open the window just a bit and slip in. You see this red glowing thing and doge a blast.
"Hey don't shoot!" I say. "I thought this was my friends apartment!" The lights turn on revealing a woman with red hair.
"Who are you?" She asks her voice heavy with an accent.
"Lizzy! My friends birthday is soon and we always scare them." You say.
"Liar. What's your name." She says again.
"Why would I tell you my name when I don't know you?" I asked, I looked down and seen her hands are the things glowing red.
"Holy shit! Your Wanda Maxmoff!" I say happy. She fires another blast towards me.
"All right my name is Jesse!" I yelled. "Now if you don't mind I'll leave. I got to scare a friend." I leave through the window before she kills me. Before I shut the window I looked at her and wink, she instantly turns red as her powers.
