My Love (Rayemma)

Chapter 1

Ray sighs "The first day of high-school I wander where emma is right now ever since she got adopted I haven't seen her" ray thinks

Ray arrives at school but as he enters the doors he bumps into this girl that has bright orange hair " this seems awfully familiar" Ray mumbles "oh and sorry for bumping into you my name is Ray let me help you up"

"Oh it is ok I'm Emma thanks" "he is familiar I used to know a raven haired boy" emma mumbles just loud enough that ray heard her ray smiles and thinks that he might have found the girl from the orphanage from when he was younger

They walk the same direction to class and both of them realize that they have the same homeroom class

Emma decides to be blunt about if he was at grace field orphanage when he was younger to truly find out if this is the same raven haired boy from her memories

She sees ray he is reading a book like always emma walks up to ray and takes the seat next to him

"Hey Ray can I ask you a question?" Emma says "oh hey it's you again Emma right?" Ray says "Yep that's me" Emma says

"Anyways yeah what's up?" Ray says "just don't be weird about the question you seem really familiar there was a boy I knew that looked a lot like you" Emma says

"Is she about to ask about grace field?!" Ray thinks

"Did you happen to go to grace field orphanage" emma says she waits for an answer and finally Ray says...

"Yes I was the boy that would visit"

Emma smiles so wide she had found the raven haired boy from her memories "So how has it been all these years wait do you remember me"

"Yes I remember you" he says as he does a familiar pat on her soft bright orange hair "And your hair is just as soft as it used to be"

She blushed a little "so how have you been all these years" Ray answers by saying " it's been fairly good how about you what up with life these days"

Emma answers "It's been good" she gives a smile

Ray realizes that her smile isn't genuine she looks almost saddened ray thinks

The teacher walked in and introduced himself "Hey you brats I'm mr.Yuugo and I don't care enough to learn your names so I'm giving you nicknames"

He points at ray "your nickname is sleepy cyclops and the girl next to him your nickname is antenna"

Emma gives a pouting face

He continues to give nicknames and he finishes and says "ok now don't bother me do what you want for the rest of class"

Later that day it's time to go home

"Hey emma wait up" Ray says walking up to Emma

"Oh hey Ray what's up" Emma says stopping in her tracks "I was wondering if you want to go grab ice cream I'll pay and walk you home after"

"OK Ray let's go grab ice cream then" she gives him a wide genuine smile

He smirks at her and she slightly blushes she realizes she us blushing but why?

They go get ice cream and Ray is walking Emma back home and they were walking across the road Emma almost gets ran over but Ray pulls her wrist and they fall on the ground Emma fell onto Ray "Whaoh thank you Ray you saved my life"

"It was nothing" Ray says as he realizes Emma is ontop of him and he starts to blush he thinks "I haven't had this feeling in a while no Ray stop there is no way she likes you"

Emma gets up blushing and helps Ray up "Are you ok Ray?!"

"Yeah I'm ok are you ok and you need to be more careful it's like you want to die jeez" he says and scoffs

"Yeah I'm ok Ray" she says as she smiles at him and he smirks back at her "ok let's get going"

As they arrive at her house she walks I'm the door and says "bye see you tomorrow" he responds saying "ok see you tomorrow"

But he decides to wat a minute right around her door because of a gut feeling

Emma walks in her house and sees her adoptive dad and says hi to him

"Hey d- sorry" Emma says "I told you that you can't call me dad anymore didn't I!" Her dad yells at her "sorry sir" he slaps he across the face and yells at her "Don't call me that again understand" he yells

Ray who was outside still was hearing this and heard the slap he was horrified he wanted to go in there and punch him but he knew that would cause more problems he continues to listen

"Go to your room you need to know your place" her father yells at her and she goes to her room and pulls out her pocket knife and starts to cut on he wrists

Ray comes up to her window and lightly taps on it "Hey Emma open the window please" Emma quickly hides the pocket knife and puts he sleeves down "Ray why are you here" she wispers "I heard the yelling and the slap are you ok?!" He wispers back "R- Ray you can't be here" she wispers

He grabs her face and arm and looks at where he slapped "we have to get this treated" he looks down and sees a little bit of res on her sleeve that wasn't there before he thinks "no it can't be" "E- Emma why are your sleeves red and almost dripping...
