This chapter is about the first time Sunoo goes to an Ultrasound Scan with Y/N. This is a continuation of 'Waiting For You.'
Sunoo POV
I hold Y/N's warm hands as we waited outside the corridor in the hospital. We were here to find the genders of the twins and check their health.
My hands unconsciously found themselves on top of the baby bump. Y/N wriggled on her seat, trying to get comfortable with her six month pregnant stomach and finally settled down, her head resting on my shoulder.
"Woah! They are kicking!" I exclaimed, moving my hand around, trying to feel it.
"I know Sunoo. I can feel it" Y/N said softly.
"Oh babies, I love you two and your eomma so much!" I gushed as I caressed the bump.
"Kim Y/N?" the doctor called out from the room.
I helped Y/N to get up from her seat and followed her to the room. When she got to the room, she went and laid on the bed and pointed to the chair next to it for me.
"Hello Mr.Kim. I don't think we have met before. I'm Dr.Jung." the female doctor introduced herself to me. "I am guessing you are Mrs.Kim's husband."
"Yes. Kim Sunoo, nice to meet you." I said politely.
"I think this is your first time coming here with Mrs.Kim."
I nodded. "My band was on a tour for more than three months." I explained.
"Ah, I see." the doctor told as she sanitized her hands. The doctor came up to Y/N and put some gel on her stomach which was exposed. She shivered lightly from the coldness of the gel.
"Is it that cold?" I asked curiously.
"You have no idea." Y/N told laughing.
The doctor held the ultrasound scanner to your stomach as the picture of your twins appeared on the computer screen. I gasp loudly and watch in wonder as I watch the babies move slightly inside Y/N.
Y/N giggle softly. "Haven't I showed you the sonograms ?"
"You have. But they are right here!" I exclaim, my eyes still glued to the screen.
"If you want, you can even hear their heart beats Mr.Kim. Would you like to hear them?" Dr.Jung asks, chuckling at my excitement.
"Of course I want to hear them!" I say excitedly.
Dr. Jung and Y/N chuckle together at my excitement. The doctor pushes some buttons in the machine and soon the whole room echoes with the swift, strong heartbeats of my twins.
"That's their heartbeats Sunoo." Y/N says softly, reaching out for my hands. I grasp her hand tightly, kissing it softly.
"Oh my god that is my babies heartbeat." I say again, tears collecting around my eyes, on the verge of falling.
"I love them so much Y/N." I say again, looking at her. "Thank you for holding my babies."
