Say what you want about Chaldea, it was built to last. That is the thought running through my head as I follow Roman through the halls of Chaldea. Everywhere I go, I can see signs of Lev's attack. But I can also tell that there is little to no risk of the building falling apart anytime soon.

"We almost there, Roman?" I ask after glancing behind me to check on my Servants.

"Yes, Vox, it's right here," Roman answers, stopping beside a door that has a plaque reading: Summoning Room.

"'Bout time," I grumble, swiping my Master's card, which I had received during our walk here, against the electronic lock.

The door unlocks and I enter the room, the lights turning on automatically. I take a look around as I step further in. It's rather spacious, around the size of the command room. There's a terminal station off to the side, but that's not the main attraction. In the direct center of the room is a large, circular platform that is mirrored on the ceiling, except that the circle on the ceiling has multiple techy stuff and I won't even try to understand how it works.

"So, this is the summoning room. That platform is where the summoning occurs, while the machines are a combination of magic and technology that allows for you not to need a Holy Grail," Roman says as he enters after my Servants.

"But I summoned Ushi just fine without a Grail's involvement," I point out.

"That is true. But, from what you've told me, your reserves are absolutely monstrous in size, capable of supporting six Servants easily," Roman argues, "This, and the large mana generators here in Chaldea, were created so that Master's didn't always have to be supplying mana to their Servant."

"Makes sense," I reply, "And I assume that platform is the summoning circle?"

"Correct," Roman confirms, "And, um, what are you planning to do, exactly?"

"Well," I say, pulling out Carnwennan, "I have someone in mind that I've been wanting to talk with properly."

With much reverence, I place Carnwennan on the edge of the summoning platform. I then take three Saint Quartz from my satchel and place them around the Noble Phantasm. Taking a few steps away from the platform, I close my eyes and channel mana into the Saint Quartz, whilst internally chanting.

'From times long gone, from magic old

I seek the help of brave and bold

Come forth heroes, villains, saints

Your silent rest will have to wait

I call for you in my time of need

And thus I offer an ancient creed

From despair, I will save this Earth

Now come, it is time for your rebirth.'

I could practically feel the blinding column of light appearing in the center of the summoning platform. I wait as the pillar of mana condenses into a ball before exploding outwards.

When the light fades, I open my eyes and smile. Kneeling in the center of the platform is a blonde-haired woman wearing silver and royal blue armor. The tip of a silver, blue, and gold sword rests against the floor in front of her, its handle held in outstretched hands.

Piercing emerald green eyes open, first locking onto Carnwennan with a mix of recognition and surprise before she looks up. My purple eyes, now clear of illusions, lock with her emerald.

"I am Servant Saber," Artoria says, smiling ever so slightly, "Are you my Master?"

"Yes, I am," I answer, smiling.
