"Ma...er..." I hear as I begin to wake up.
'Go away... let me sleep.'
"Master..."
I groan and open my eyes partially to see a blurry white thing looming over me.
"Master, wake up," a distinctively female voice says.
I blink a few times to clear up my vision, and I'm suddenly face-to-face with an all too familiar Berserker. White hair, white horns, and yellow eyes that contain a madness that is worse than Heracles'. I, obviously, have a very natural reaction to this, "WHAT THE FUCK!?!?"
Kiyohime recoils, taking a step away from my bed. I quickly scramble backward till I'm pressed against the wall, staring wide-eyed at the Servant. My door is suddenly smashed open and a blur slams into Kiyohime, pinning her to the ground. Artoria growls, a warning and a promise, as she stares down Kiyohime, who growls back in defiance.
Artoria growls again, a low and dangerous sound, and Kiyohime goes quiet The Berserker even appears to press herself further against the floor as if trying to escape my Saber. Cu enters the room seconds later and quickly surveys the situation. His gaze lingers on me before he approaches the two dragons.
My Saber and Lancer share a look before Artoria gets off of Kiyohime and Cu takes over, grabbing the frozen Berserker and dragging her out of the room. The moment they're gone, Artoria rushes over to sit beside me and gathers me into her arms.
I hadn't even realized I had been crying until my girlfriend wiped away the tears. I don't really know how long we sat there, me terrified and possibly shaking while Artoria tries to soothe me. At some point in time, Cu appeared in the doorway with his back to us, standing guard.
"What... the fuck..." is the first thing I manage to utter, "How...?"
"Shh," Artoria says, softly, "We can figure that out later."
"Yeah. Okay. Later sounds good," I mumble, burying my head into Artoria's neck.
To my surprise, Artoria begins humming. It's a soft calming tune, and I soon find myself falling back to sleep. Returning to dreams of a large house on a hill and a smiling face so similar to my own.

After the... interesting events of this morning, I had finally exited my room to have breakfast at around ten. Artoria has insisted on not leaving my side, except when she made a quick run to the magitech and crafting departments to request having my room's security upgraded. I want to say that she's overreacting, but I was honestly considering making the request myself when she beat me to it.
Now, we're standing inside the summoning chamber. Artoria had said I need something to distract me while Cu and Ushiwakamaru sort out Kiyohime, and her solution was to summon a new Servant. I had wanted to protest, since I had only summoned Cu a few days ago, but eventually gave in.
The low hum of the summoning chamber is oddly comforting as I place three Saint Quartz on the platform - that takes my Saint Quartz down to six. I turn around and walk to my usual spot about five feet from the platform. Close enough for Mash to defend me, which is why Artoria dragged the Demi-Servant into this, and close enough to the platform so that I don't lose the connection.
Taking a deep breath, I begin the now-familiar chant,
"From times long gone, from magic old.
I seek the help of brave and bold.
Come forth heroes, villians, saints.
Your silent rest will have to wait.
I call for you in my time of need.
