*Anna's POV
I left Ella's house at like 7 am. I know we went to sleep really late, but I didn't want the girls being weird about it or asking where I spent the night. I wouldn't even have a lie to cover it up.
As I was about to leave her house, her dad who was in the kitchen cooking something calls name and kind of scares me. Who wakes up at 7 in the morning normally? Can't relate.
"Hey Anna! Leaving so soon?" He asks me and sips his coffee.
"Hi Mr. Brooksfield. Yeah! Actually, I have a meeting at 8 so that's why I needed to leave early." I answer him and hope he buys it.
"Oh sure! Goodbye then Anna, you're welcome to come here again anytime!" He replies. He's kinda nice to be honest.
I say goodbye and head straight to my house. I open the door carefully, trying not to make any noises.
"Hello there. You live here?" Eva says and I jump. Oh my.
"Shit you scared me" I say "Hello to you too"
"So..were you with who I think you were?" She asks me with an curious face
"Maybe..." I wink
"Tell me more, did you.. you know" she asks me with a smirk
"EVA" She's making me blush with all these questions "It's 7 am. Why are you even up?" I answer hoping she drops the subject.
"Okay, okay. You can tell me more later" She gets up "I have a headache and couldn't sleep anymore. Just took a pill. You're lucky it was me here"
"Aw, that sucks. Yeah I know"
"Well, I'm going to try to get some sleep again. If you were up all night, you should too" She laughs heading upstairs while I show her the middle finger. She'll never drop it until I tell her lol.
I take a bottle of water and head upstairs too. I should probably text Ella and explain why I left so early without saying goodbye. She looked so cute while sleeping, I just couldn't wake her up.
I opened snapchat and noticed there's one from her from last night. She sent me a picture of me sleeping. I'm gonna get revenge on this one later.
I started scrolling through tik tok and my eyes begin to close. Next time I check my phone is already noon. Shit, I overslept a lot.
On my screen there's a message from an unknown number.
Unknown number: No goodbyes? *broken heart emoji* Yeah that's definitely Ella. I should've snapchatted her about it but I feel asleep.
Anna: Yeah I don't really like you I text her back. If I don't bully you I clearly don't like you.
Ella: Ok then She texts me back.
Anna: You know I'm joking El
Anna: Left early so the girls don't ask weird questions
Ella: Fine *middle finger emoji*
Anna: At least I have your number now I text her and send a photo of making a funny face
Ella: Finally She sends one of her too. So cute.
I react to it with a heart and hear someone calling my name downstairs. We have to take a few pictures today so that's probably it.
I'm just feeling so good right now. This doesn't happen to me often, so I better enjoy it.
