Ella's POV
As I get closer to Megan's house I get more and more excited for today. I had to leave Anna's pretty early so I had time to do everything.
Ella: I'm here
I text Megan letting her know I arrived. Two minutes later she shows up, opening my car's door.
"Hi" I say, going in for a hug "I've missed you"
"Hey" She says, hugging me back "I've missed you too"
"So...We have a few things to buy" I tell her, turning the car back on.
"Ok, let's go then" She says, giving me a smile.
First, we went to the store to get cups and more basic party stuff. But the thing I liked buying the most was alcohol and nic, mostly because I would see my friend Richard from the liquor store.
"Hiiii" I say, walking into the store.
"Long time no see, Ella" He says, smiling. "Let me guess, you want vodka and puff bars right?"
"You know me so well" I say, joking a little.
"Are you friends with this guy?" Megan asks me, almost whispering.
"It's a long story, but basically... yes" I reply and she giggles.
I grabbed a few bottles along with two puff bars. I also decided to buy some white claws to try them out. I mean, as long as they get me drunk i'll like them.
Giving Richard cash to pay everything, I notice him staring at me with a curious look.
"What?" I ask him.
"Is that your girlfriend?" He asks and I notice Megan blushing with his question.
"No, she's just a friend" I reply "Oh how much is this lighter?" I ask, trying to change the subject.
Is that the impression me and Megan pass? I also noticed she closed her face after my answer but I have a party to do so I can think about this later.
We put everything on the backseat and go back to my place. I open the front door and put everything on the kitchen counter.
"Looks like we're ready" Megan says, looking at it.
"We for sure have" I say. "Let's go upstairs"
Back in my room I look at the time and realise we only have 30 minutes to rest until we have to start getting ready. And I'll use this time to talk to Anna, obviously.
Ella: everything's ready
Anna: great
Anna: can I go get ready with you?
Ella: Megan's here :/
Ella: come over after you're ready, i want to introduce you to her
Anna: don't worry...if i went there i'd probably make you late...
Anna: ofc, see you soon then <3
Ella: ....i wouldn't mind disappearing after the party starts tho..
Ella: see you ;)
I put my phone down and look over to Megan who was already looking at me. When she notices I saw that, she looks away. Okay?
"Who's showering first?" I ask.
"I'll go" She says, getting up and to my surprise taking her shirt off. Don't get me wrong but there are some things a girl can't look away from... bestie vibes only tho, please.
A few minutes later she gets out of the bathroom and starts drying her hair while I go take a shower. After I'm done with that I also dry my hair. Megan's almost ready but I still don't know what to wear.
"This one?" I ask, putting on a different shirt for the thousandth time.
"I prefer the other one" She says.
"Ughhhh" I groan, taking it off.
"This one?" I ask, again.
"Wow" She replies. "You look hot"
"Thanks" I say, blushing a little. 'It's decided then. Only makeup left"
I wanted to put on black eyeliner but I can't fucking do it. I swear I've tried like a million times. I should probably just wait for Anna so she can do it for me.
Ella: where are uuu
Anna: can i go?
Ella: ofc
Ella: front door's open
"Shit" I say under my breath. I really can't do this eyeliner.
"What is it?" Megan asks, laughing at me.
"Stop laughing" I say, making a sad face "Can you help me with this eyeliner? I suck at it and yours look perfect"
"Why didn't you ask me sooner?" She says, giggling and getting closer to me.
She starts doing it for me and now we're really close to each other. I open my eyes just in time to see her switch her gaze from my eyes to my lips for a split second. Oh?
I'm kind of lost in my thoughts when suddenly my room's door opens, scaring me and making Megan step away from me.
"Uhm...Hi?" Anna says with a suspicious look on her face.
Well, this definitely isn't the best moment to introduce them, right?
