We have messed around with time a little in this story. So it is not series canon as we wanted the story to be set in the present (2021) so here is the time frame in which important events happen:
Tali was born September 12 1999
Morgan and John were both born August 15th 1998
John enlisted in the Navy in his senior year of high school
Gibbs, Ellie, Torres are still one team with Salone coming in and out sometimes (this story features all season 17 agents)
The explosion of the farmhouse happened 2004
Tony reunited with them 2006
