Chapter twenty three

Jack POV

I felt anger bubbling up in me. How dare she treat Elsa like that! I whirlled her around and almost slapped her but instead i just threatened her. When father reprimed me I was just like whatever dude! I then heard more knocks on the door and i opened it to Jack, Emily, and Dracula and his friends. Mavis and Emily were both on the arm of an ordinary man. Mavis's looked happy, while Emily's just looked at the floor like he would rather be somwhere else. "I brought a band!" Jack said and three men walked in. The girl that Jack was with ran over and hugged Elsa. They were talking but I couldn't hear them. Elsa smiled even wider as the girl smiled so hard one of her stiches popped. "Sally that's amazing! I told you that any man would be lucky to have you!" I heard Elsa say. Jack then came over and apparently asked the girl to dance to the song because she blushed and nodded. Elsa looked very happy and pleased with herself. I decided it was the perfect moment to ask her to dance. I just prayed that I wouldn't step on her foot. I bowed courteously in front of her and offered my hand. "May I have this dance?" She just stared at me with her crystal blue eyes. "I would like to, but I don't dance." I smirked. "Well their's a first time for everything!" She giggled and took my hand. I led her onto the dance floor where Emily was dancing by herself in a sweeping movement. Her date was no where to be seen. Mavis was dancing crazily with her human date. I am REALLY suprised that Drac let her do that. He despises humans ever since they killed his wife. I guess times change and so do people. Jack and Sally were slow dancing. I wrapped a hand around Elsa's waist. She looked startled as I used my other hand to guide her arms around my neck. "Just follow my lead." I said. I held her close to me and slowly moved around the dance floor with Elsa copying my movements. Eventually she would let me twirl her and I would occasionally twirl her out and back in. Near the end of the song I dipped her and our foreheads were touching. I then leaned in. I wanted to kiss her so bad. "May I cut in?" I heard my father say. Once again our kiss was ruined. "Fine, go ahead." I said as I watched him lead her away. I felt a hand tap my shoulder. "I believe we got off on the wrong foot. My I dance with my future son in law?" I turned around to see Gothel standing there. I wanted to turn her down but I see Elsa looking at us. "Sure, just do not treat any of my guests like that again." The door opened and Brooke and Chip walked in. Chip looked nice and Brooke looked beautiful, nothing compared to Elsa though. I turned back and danced with Gothel again.

Brooke's POV

I saw Pitch dancing with Elsa and I felt my heart stop. No no no no! She is supposed to be with Jack! I saw Jack and Gothel dancing. I had told Chip about the curse and everything after I had shown him my powers so he was really mad."Chip! We need to get Elsa and Jack together! They need to kiss so Jack Frost the good can come back! You cut off Gothel I cut off Pitch! Okay with that plan?" He nodded and made a beeline for our targets. Chip was successful, me, not so much. "May I cut in?" I asked Elsa. She smiled. "Of course." She then curtseied to Pitch but he grabbed her hand and held a small knife made of black sand up to her throat. "Your not going anywhere and you will never break his curse! He is mine!" He cried. Jack saw the whole thing. "That is it father! Let her go!" "And what will you do if I don't? Fight me! Don't make me laugh!" Jack went into fighting position. "Try me." He said his eyes narrowing. I joined him. "I am sooo done in cowering in your shadows. It's time for this little girl to grow up!" Chip joins me. "You have treated people like nothing for way to long. Whatever she does I do!" And we prepared for battle as the ball room melted away.

Cliffhanger! I am so evil I know! I am sorry for doing that so much lately. I do love you guys, but I will update tomorrow. A lot of you will heckle me about what is going to happen though...
