CHAPTER TWELVE

"How?" I asked Vin when he just told me his plan about our flight, I have only one hour to prepare but damn! My clothes aren't packed and here he is telling me that he let one of his friend's wife packed my clothes which is my friend, Kishi. I squinted my eyes at him. "You are full of surprises mister Hutton."

Wala na akong ginawa at nagpahila sakanya palabas ng mansiyon ni lola niya. I still haven't talk to her about anything, I really wanted to tell her our relationship with his grandson but I couldn't just go near her because she avoids me. Like right now, she never looks at me.

"Grandma, what about saying bye to my girlfriend?"

"You're taking her with you?" Gulat na aniya at tumingin sa akin.

Nagtataka namang tumingin si Vin sa lola niya at tumango. "Yes, grandma."

Nangunot ang noo ni grandma. "Isn't it too early? I mean your dad may not want her..."

Napayuko ako dahil doon.

"Grandma..." Lumuhod si Vin sa harapan niya. "My dad hasn't woken up yet and I knew my dad trust my taste when it comes to everything. He will surely love my girlfriend for me. Please don't scare my girlfriend away, hmm?"

Tumingin sa akin si grandma ng masama saka huminga ng malalim. "Fine! Let's talk when you get back. Nena," Binalingan niya ang nurse na nanghihingi ng pasensya habang nakatingin sa akin. Tinanguan ko naman siya. "Ibalik mo ako sa kuwarto ko nang makapagpahinga na ako."

Binalingan ako ni Vin at lumamlam ang kanyang tingin. "Vin. She's true..."

"What?" He caressed my face and looked at me nervously. "Don't ever say that again, Blythe. She's just like that because she's afraid you'd hurt me but I am not afraid, I'd rather die when you're not beside me like right now... It'll be fine, okay? I'll fix this matter with her when we get back, for now... I want you to meet someones who are so special to me."

Napaluha ako at sumimangot. "Why are you being like this to me?"

He smiled gently while wiping my tears. "Because I my heart tells me to do so. This..." tinuro niya ang left chest niya. "Is the one tells me I have to do it, that I love what I am doing. This has ever been the first time I did this to a woman, except my grandma, my sister, and my mother. My heart tells me what to do, it says Blythe."

I was quiet the whole time while we're inside the airplane, it's like he understood that I am silent so he never bothered not until I fell asleep. He woke me up.

"Hmm?"

"Baby, we have to eat first. Come on."

And here I am like a smitten cat, eating her food until it's finished. I was about to wipe my lips when he was the one who did it with the cloth that's in his lap. Namula ako sa sunod niyang ginawa, pinunasan niya ang kanyang labi gamit niyong tela pagkatapos niyang ipunas sa labi ko.

"What a naughty." I rolled my eyes at him but he only laughed at me. He called the flight attendant who is watching us with envy in her eyes.

"Yes sir?" My eyes squinted at the woman infront of us when her voice changed into another voice. It's like it's  her normal voice in taunting a man.
