Saturday

Yeosang and San excitedly announce that they will be staying at Wooyoung's house for a whole week, while Wooyoung and Hyunmi stand in shock.

"You guys can't just invite yourselves into my house!" Wooyoung hisses to his friends. San shrugs. "You and Yeosang did that to me so I don't see why you're suddenly against it."

Wooyoung's eyes frantically speed around the room to think of more excuses. "But what about your kids, Yeosang? And San, you're going to leave your wife and the school alone for a whole week?" he asks. Yeosang's smug expression stays on his face and he crosses his arms.

"My wife is the one that suggested this to me. Her and the kids want to visit her parents for the kids' week off school so I just took a week off work too and ended up here," Yeosang explains.

Wooyoung sighs and turns to San instead. "My wife was fine with it and since the students have a week off school, I decided to close the school for a week too," San curtly answers.

Wooyoung groans and sinks into one of the seats at his dining table.

Hyunmi, however, is amused. "A school? San, you own a school?" she wonders with large eyes. "It's just a little martial arts school, nothing much," San shrugs, though his expression shows how proud he really is of his school.

"That's so cool!" she gushes, unable to hide her awe.

"Anyways, where's your guest room?" Yeosang asks, looking around. Hyunmi raises an eyebrow and looks at Wooyoung, who guiltily looks to the ground.

"I only have one room," Wooyoung mumbles timidly. Both San and Yeosang whip their heads around to Wooyoung simultaneously. "What? But you told us your apartment has three bedrooms!" San gasps.

Wooyoung's face goes red. "I lied because I didn't want you guys to know I'm a little tight on money."

"You should've told us, we could have helped you with money!" Yeosang complains. "That's exactly why I didn't want to tell you, I'd feel bad taking money from others," he utters.

"But it's okay, you can take my room and I'll take the couches in the living room," Wooyoung declares.

Now San and Yeosang look nervous instead and shuffle their feet around. "We're sorry. We can't even go home so soon since we live so far away," San sadly admits.

"No, don't go! I missed you guys and don't want you to leave so soon anyway," Wooyoung declares.

The gears in Hyunmi's mind spin restlessly the entire time. Wooyoung has done so much for her and she always spends time in his house. Now it's her turn to return the favour.

"Would you like to stay at my apartment for the week? Since I'll be at work for most of the day, you can spend time with your friends in your own apartment too," Hyunmi suggests.

Wooyoung turns back and gets ready to refuse until Hyunmi subtly takes hold of his hand. She leans in to his ear. "You wouldn't be an inconvenience at all, in fact I'd like it if you could stay," she whispers.

She pulls back and Wooyoung's eyebrows fly up.

"What are you telling him?" Yeosang asks. San punches his arm harshly. "If she wanted us to know then she wouldn't have whispered it, you dimwit," he scoffs. Yeosang nods but then a smirk forms on his lips. San gets ready to punch Yeosang again until the thoughts hit him too and he also smirks.

Wooyoung turns back to his friends to see their reactions, wondering if he should really just leave them here. When he sees them both smirking back at him, he rolls his eyes. It seems like they clearly don't mind at all.
