Monday
The first thing Hyunmi notices as she wakes up is warm, plush skin against the side of her neck as she's laying on her side. She slowly comes to consciousness and realises that Wooyoung's muscular arm is under her neck. Her eyes decide to open and she lets out a light gasp at the sight of Wooyoung's face only centimetres away from hers.
He's fast asleep so Hyunmi keeps her eyes on him for a bit longer. He looks beautiful while he's asleep, his long eyelashes fluttered shut tightly. Her eyes slowly trail down from his gorgeous eyes and mole to his puffy lips, a blush growing on her cheeks when she sees that they're lightly swollen.
Memories from the night before suddenly rush into her mind and her eyes widen while her face gets hotter. At last, she decides to check the position they're in and notices that their bodies are glued together. But that's not what makes a shiver run down her spine.
They both have no clothes on.
His bare body heat adds onto the fire Hyunmi feels all over her body now. A yelp nearly escapes her when Wooyoung abruptly pulls her face into his collarbone. He nuzzles his own face into her hair and hums with a low voice.
"Good morning beautiful," he mumbles without opening his eyes. Hyunmi's breath gets caught in her throat and she tries to force words out. "M-Morning."
"Last night was worth the wait," he smiles. Hyunmi finally pushes herself away from Wooyoung out of embarrassment and sits up. She forgets she's not wearing anything and inhales sharply before lifting the blanket to cover her chest.
"We should get ready for work," she hurriedly states, quickly turning around and grabbing a towel from the side of his room. She wraps it around her body and scurries into his bathroom to wash up.
"Why are you suddenly so shy? I saw every single part of your body last night anyway," he shrugs, now propping his head up with his arm behind his head. "I'm shy now!" she shouts back from inside the bathroom. She glances at the clothes Wooyoung brought from her apartment the previous night and smiles to herself.
"Let me join you in the shower still!" he requests. Hyunmi can hear the joking tone in his voice and lightly giggles to herself. "In your dreams!"
After she's done getting ready, Wooyoung enters the bathroom next. In the meantime, Hyunmi enters his kitchen and starts preparing breakfast. She limps around the kitchen and flinches every few seconds, not used to the dull pain. The thought of it alone makes her blush.
She decides to prepare a simple omelette and nearly jumps out of her skin when Wooyoung suddenly wraps his arms around her waist from behind. "You didn't have to do this, I could have cooked," he whispers into her ear.
"I wanted to do this for you," she smiles back. "You've been stuck to me like a leech since yesterday, what's up with that?" she asks while turning to face him. "I don't want to lose you again so I'm holding on for as much as I can. Does it bother you?" he admits.
Hyunmi's heart thumps a bit harder at his words. She slides into his arms again. "It doesn't bother me at all."
The two eat Hyunmi's mediocre omelette, which tastes better since the two of them are distracted.
They leave the house together and as Hyunmi is approaching her own car, Wooyoung raises an eyebrow. "I'm driving you," he states, with not much room for denial. Hyunmi laughs and skips over to him, already having forgotten about their little custom.
"I don't have any lunch made today, so how does going out for lunch together sound?" he tells her as they're driving to work. "Will you be allowed to leave the school for that long?" she wonders. Wooyoung scoffs and smirks. "I can make it allowed."
