They were in Berlin, where Zemo was being kept

They were in Berlin, where Zemo was being kept. Visiting prisons wasn't exactly comfortable for the blonde Avenger. For one, she had spent far too much of her life in a cell, secondly, after the two weeks she spent in the raft she vowed that she would never be held and tied down against her will by the government again (the very people she protected) and lastly, people didn't tend to like the idea of an Avenger visiting prison, mostly just bitter inmates.

The prison guard walked them through "He's just through that corridor."

"All right. Give us a sec," the prison guard nodded at Bucky's words and walked away, the sound of a door being secured echoed through the corridor, "I'm gonna go in alone."

'Why?" Sam and Joey asked at the same time, glancing at each other with a funny look.

"'Cause your both Avengers. You know how he feels about that." Bucky turned to Joey and gave her a look up and down, "Not to mention you also have the super soldier serum running through your veins, two of the things he hates the most combined into a pretty, blonde bombshell." Joey didn't know whether to be insulted at the fact that she's essentially someones worst idea of a person or, flattered that he thought she was pretty.

"Look, it's not like you two were known for frolickin' in the sun together." How can Sam say stuff like that with such a serious look on his face. It's impossible for Joey to retain a straight face in the most important instances and here he was cracking jokes.

"He was obsessed with HYDRA, we have a history together. Trust me," his voice dipped into a whispered as he glanced down the corridor, "I got it."

"Frolicking?" Joey whispered puzzled to Sam as they watched him go.

Sam didn't even glance at her, "Shut up."

Holding a flashlight, Joey had no clue where they were. Her wings trailed behind her on the floor, having removed the clip when they left the prison. It felt great to not have them compressed against her back again. The dark brown wings often felt like a comfort blanket when she was nervous, being able to wrap them around herself like a blanket. From the little she could see around her, it looked like an old automobile repair shop, why Bucky picked this place instead of a hotel she had no idea. All she knew was that instead of a nice hotel, the twisted trio found themselves in a dark building, Sam and Joey blindly following Bucky.

Sam was spitting out questions left right and centre, all things Joey wanted to know the answer to, "What are you talking about? You wanna break Zemo outta jail? Where the hell are we, Buck? Have you lost your mind?"

Bucky's voice didn't raise as he responded to Sam, "We have no leads, no moves, nothing." That's optimistic.

Sam didn't stop talking, his voice louder borderline shouting, "What we have is one of the most dangerous men in the world behind bars."

"And we also have eight Super Soldiers that are loose." Bucky flashed his torch behind him, shining it right in Sam and Joey's eyes. The blonde raised a hand to protect from the light as did Sam.
