Bucky walked into the room, "Well, the Wakandans are here. They want Zemo," his voice lowered as he noticed the blonde who laid fast asleep on the sofa, face smushed into the pillow and her wings facing them. One was wrapped around her exposed half facing the air and the other was collapsed against the sofa and fell onto the floor. Bucky glanced at her face and noticed she was doing that open mouth half drooling thing he had noticed when she slept, "Bought us some more time."

It had only been half an hour since Bucky went on his 'walk'. Joey had immediately thrown off her leather jacket and fallen asleep again, catching up for some of the hours she's missed over the past few days. Zemo had changed into something more comfortable whilst Sam did his own thing.

Sam's voice was also considerably quieter making his voice sound more high pitched as he questioned, "Were you followed?"

"No."

Zemo placed down his glass on the counter top and looked out the window, "How can you be so sure?" Dressed in his robe he wasn't worried about being seen since the windows were special stained glass.

Bucky whispered harshly again, "'Cause I know when I'm being followed."

"It was sweet of you to defend me at least."

"Hey, you shut it, and not just because Joey's sleepin'," Sam pointed at Joey who moved slightly in her sleep, "no one's defending you. You killed Nagel." His whispers grew harsher towards the Sokovian man who only shrugged.

Zemo didn't change his tone, "Women are naturally adapted to wake up to high pitched noises, like the crying of babies, so your whispering is more likely to wake her up than me," Zemo shrugged gesturing to Joey who hadn't even twitched as he spoke, small soft snores still coming from her mouth before he addressed the second part of Sam's sentence, "Do we really have to litigate what may or may not have happened?"

"There's nothing to litigate. You straight shot the man." Sam looked dumbfounded as Zemo walked around him not at all bothered.

Bucky glanced up from his phone on the other side of the counter to one of his partners, "Sam."

"What?"

"Karli bombed a GRC supply depot." Bucky didn't look up, scrolling through the news feed with his gloved hands, luckily he didn't have to remove them to work the phone.

"What? What's the damage?" Sam quizzed immediately.

"Eleven injured, three dead. They have a list of demands and are promising more attacks if those demands aren't met in full." Sam sighed as Bucky finished speaking. Looking over at Joey he wondered how she could be relaxed enough to sleep, god knows he hadn't slept In days. But Joey was just excellent at hiding her emotions, she liked sleeping when she wasn't having nightmares since it got her a small amount of peace from the world.

Zemo said what they were all thinking, or maybe it was just him thinking it but it seemed the most logical path to him, "She's getting worse. I have the will to complete this mission. Do the two of you?" He questioned as he moved away from his previous wall, facing Sam and Bucky.
