1.Treating yourself a long sleep after a long tiring weekdays is fine,we realized that sleep is very important nowadays,sometimes we just need to rest our mental aspects.Activities,modules,quizzes,exams and so on bombarded us and never let us sleep at night,thus after finishing all of them,reward yourself a long sleep and a peaceful mind.

2.Distracting yourself a little bit without forgetting your priorities is not a crime,enjoying at the same time you learn.You're tired? Do your hobbies!Gala with friends!Go outside for refreshments!
You don't need to punish yourself that hard,always remember that activities will never leave our lives,just balance the enjoyment and learning.
Note:Distracting is different from destroying,be keen.

3.Giving yourself a motivation, because it's only you who truly understand,the motivation you got from another who has the same shoes you are wearing is a bonus point,thus keep them and be grateful for having them(rare people are always hard to find)

4.Don't be too hard on yourself,remember you only have you, because everyone has also their burdens,and if they tried to help you despite the baggages they were carrying,be thankful for them.(THANKYOU GUYS,MUCH APPRECIATED💕)And if you failed,it doesn't mean you're not the best,there's always a room for improvement,always remember that.

5.Lastly,appreciate yourself for making this far.YOU MADE IT SELF! LABAN LANG!
A little word of wisdom for yourself is not bad,we often gave it to others but we forget that you are also part of that "others". Have you tried being so insecure of others? No,don't be. Why? Because just like you they also had their insecurities too,they're also imperfect.There's always that something other people are insecure about you too,just work for yourself and enjoy.
