Renjun finally decides that he can no longer live with his abusive boyfriend. He managed to get away one night and ends up staying with some mutual friends that will help him on his path of recovery.

It's been about two days since Renjun reported his ex and he has yet to hear back from the police. The other four are starting to get the impression that the police have been putting it off. But Renjun always told them that the police are busy and probably have other important matters to deal with that are more urgent.
So they decided to do a movie night to get everyone's minds off the matter. So they are now all seated around the living room with blankets and pillows. Jeno was sat on the couch along with Yangyang and Jaemin. They were all cuddled up with a shared blanket.
Renjun and Donghyuck were in front of the couch, where the coffee table once sat but was moved, on a bean bag chair. Donghyuck was wrapped around Renjun from behind and the boy had no complaints as he cuddled up closer to the warmth.
They all had their attention on the TV that was currently playing a Disney Movie. As they watched the movie, a phone rings on the table in the kitchen.
Jeno recognized it as his phone from the ring tone and stands up to answer it. He picks it up and listens to the other line as the others continue to watch the movie.
That is until Jeno walks in and pauses the movie with the remote that Jaemin was once holding.
The others were about to complain but stopped when they saw the serious look on Jeno's face.
Jeno makes his way over to the two males on the beanbag chair and crouched down to offer the phone to Renjun. Renjun takes the device from the taller and puts it to his ear while asking, "hello?"
"Hello, this is the Seoul Police Department. We are calling you back on the report you filed out the other day," the man on the other side said and Renjun could feel himself start to get anxious about what the other is going to tell him.
Donghyuck could feel the boy freeze up and start to get anxious, so he gently runs his hand through the smaller boy's hair to try and comfort him.
"So we were able to find the male in question at the address you gave us and brought him in for questioning. He claimed that he has never seen you before and that he has been dating a woman that lives with him for the past few months. So what we can do is let you file a restraining order against that man but without anything to further the evidence, he is being seen as innocent."
Renjun feels tears fill in his eyes at the other's words and grips the material on his pants a little tighter. "Th-thank you for your hard work and I am sorry to bother you," Renjun says meekly into the phone before hanging up.
He hands the phone back to Jeno but avoids the others eyes to instead focus on his sock-covered feet. He can't believe that the man that has been treating him like nothing and his punching bag is going to get away with it.
Everyone can see that Renjun did not get the results they were all hoping for. The room is quiet until Jeno is the first to speak, "what did they say?"
