"How many more months of school are there?" I say
"I dunno but the school year just started like 3 months ago." John says
"Where going to be here for fucking ever." I whine.
"I mean if you look on the bright side you've made a new friend." John says
"Yes in my three months of school I've made one friend."
"Well you have to find somethings to be positives about if not you'll more than likely fail."
"But I hate being positive." I say
"Pegs your literally the most positive person I know."
"That's different." I say
"How so?"
"Ok let me rephrase that I'm not positive towards school." I say.
"That makes more sense." We both share a laugh.
"Alright pegs I'll see you later."
"Bye John." I walk into my next class with Maria and Molly

"Hey yall." I take a my seat with Maria and Molly.
"Helllllo." Molly says in a sing song voice.
"Hey girly." Maria says
"Where wooowere you." Molly says.
"Oh I was here but in the morning I had to go do something in the library."
"And what were you doing exactly." Maria says leaning in with a smirk.
"I was getting my school computer fixed I dropped it earlier so they gave me a replacement."
"You idiot." Molly says and laughs.
"Rude." I laugh.
"Well what have you been up to." Molly says with a head jerk.
"Not much." I says shrugging.
"Welp guess were going to be dry today because none of us have anything to say." Maria says and laughs.
The period ends and Maria Molly and me didn't say much because it's been pretty boring lately.

"Hey Maria." I say catching Maria in the hall two period after the lass class we had together.
"Maria?" I say again she didn't hear me she had her earbuds in. I shook her and he took her earbuds out.
"Oh shit my bad." Maria says with a laugh.
"What we're you listening to that you couldn't hear me." I laugh.
"I was listening to our playlist." She says
"Yess honestly that playlist was the best thing ever."
"For real." She says and we share a laugh.
"Hey you wanna come over to my house we could watch Shera the princess of power." I ask her
"Oh um I'd love to but I have to hang out with James and his friends today." She says looking down.
"Maria your always with him plus it's your life just ignore his invite." I say concerned the only time Maria isnt with him is when she uses the restroom I swear in fact I'm surprise he's not here with us now.
"Peggy you know I'm not comfortable doing that."
"Your right I'm sorry I just get concerned some times." I say.
"Well everything's fine plus...his friends arnt that bad." She says.
"Well hello darling." James says coming behind mark and hugging her waist while putting his head on her shoulder.
"Hey baby." She says nervously.
"What's the matter?" He ask
"You uncomfortable around me." He say says with a stern tone and letting go of her.
"Oh no no not at all however I think Peggy may be uncomfortable with pda." She says.
"Well she can go away if it makes her uncomfortable." He says.
"Plus she probably doesn't care about you. You know I'm the only one who actually cares for you." She says. I notice Maria getting more uncomfortable and this James guy was getting on my nerves.
"Look James me and Maria are friends not fake friends real friends and real friends care for one another you wouldn't know that considering you don't have real friends." I say.
"God what a fucking bitch." He says.
"Let's go Maria." He grips her hand and they want away.
"God I hate that asshole." I say to myself.
"Who?" Alex sneaks up behind me.
"Jesus Christ you weirdo." I say holding my heart because he scared me.
"Thank you anyways who are you talking about." Alex says.
"Fucking James Reynolds that guy makes me sick." I say crossing my arms
"Ohh that reasonable that guys really fucked up as much as I hate Maria I feel bad for her sometimes that guy is mean as fuck." He says.
"Why do you hate Maria so much...Why does everyone hate Maria so much?" I ask.
"There's just something off about her." He says.
"That's a terrible fucking excuse."
"She's also a slut you know she tried to get me to hook up with her while I was with Eliza ." He says.
"Ok well one don't call her a slut that's a bitch thing to do also that's what all this shit is about?" I say.
"Yes she caught me while I was alone and we talked and she started getting seductive and shit and leaned in to kiss me."
"Well did you kiss her back?" I ask.
"I- um well yea but that's besides the point." He says looking away.
"Woah and yet you have the audacity to call her a slut you need to get over that shit and now later I'm going to have this conversation with my sisters it makes sense as to why they also hate Maria." I say.
"You shouldn't bother your just gonna start an argument and then hurt everyone." He says.
"I'm going to hurt everyone? Bitch please I'll hurt everyone if it mean one day y'all get on good terms with Maria." I say
"Why the fuck are you trying to get everyone to like Maria?" He says.
"Because she means something to me." I say and walk away to my next class me and Alex are both late because we had the conversation after the bell.
"That so ridiculous I can't believe he had the audacity to call Maria a slut yet this asshole fell into it and considering it such a big deal this motherfucker probably kissed her more than once definitely going to have a conversation with my sisters on this no one else is bothered my Maria besides alex,Eliza,and Angelica. At least I think there the only ones oh and half of the school but they can suck it up." I say all this to myself while I walk down the hallway.

"Peggy your late." My teacher says.
"Yes ma'am I know I'm sorry." I go to take my seat.
"Well this is your third time being late so you have detention after school go ahead and sign the slip." She says handing me the detention slip.Great guess confronting my sisters is going to take a little bit longer.
