I wake up at 8 am because of my alarm clock. Tonight I'm gonna take Tris on a date, so I need to prepare everything. I wake Tris up too because Christina will be here in an hour to go do God-knows-what. ''But Tobiassss, I don't want to be tortured by Christina. Why can't I just stay here today?'' ''Because I need to prepare everything for our date, so you need to be somewhere where you can't find anything out. You will see me at lunch if you survive the shopping spree.'' ''Fine.'', Tris grumbles.
First I'm gonna write some clues, because I'm making a quest and I'm standing at the end. Christina will bring Tris here at 4.30 p.m and then she will find the first clue and a red rose.

After I lay the note on the kitchen table I decorate our bedroom with rose petals, lights, and candles. When I'm done with that I head to the net.
At the step by the net, I lay my next clue together with a candle and some rose petals.

On my way to the fearlandscape room, I stop by the grocery store to buy some chocolates. I write the next clue down and put the chocolates and rose beside it on the chair.

I head to our special spot by the chasm to lay down another bunch of rose petals and a rose. I sit down to think about the next clue. After a few minutes of thinking I jot something down on the paper and lay it down next to the rose.

After that, I head to the cafeteria to eat lunch. I immediately get a smile on my face when I see Tris sitting there, with a frown on her face. ''Hey babe, had fun on your shopping spree?'' ''No, you know how much I hate shopping'', Tris responds. When Christina hears that she gasps while Will and I just chuckle. ''But you are lucky right? You are done with shopping.'' ''But now comes the part where Chris is gonna torture me with her make-up, that's even worse!'', Tris grumbles. ''Well I'm sorry for that, but I promise that you'll love our date.'', I say and give her a quick peck on her mouth.
When I'm done eating I head to our apartment to grab a backpack and a blanket. When I'm done there I head to the grocery store, again. This time I'm gonna get a lot more stuff. I buy champagne, dauntless cake, sandwiches, candles, and some more roses. I pay and then head to the train tracks.
I sit on the train for a good twenty minutes and then I hop out. I arrive at the navy pier and look at my watch. I see that it's 3.15 p.m Tris is almost at our apartment. I hurry up and lay down the blanket with all our food on top. After that, I decorate it with some rose petals and a rose. Last year the government built here at Navy Pier some public toilets, so I head there to change into my suit.
I look at my watch again and see that it's 4.15 pm, Tris could be here any moment now. So I head to our blanket and light the candles. When I get up I see Tris hopping out of the train. I stand up and hold the bouquet of roses behind my back. I give Tris the bouquet and she hugs me. After our hug, I get down on one knee.
''Tris, my love. I have loved you ever since you fell into my life, quite literally. I have thought that I screwed up my chances with you more than you can count. I was so happy when you became my girlfriend. With you I am a better man, before you, I didn't live. You helped me, you helped me see the joy of life. And after four years of dating, I am sure. I want to be with you forever. So Beatrice Prior, would you do me the honour of becoming my wife?''
''Yes, yes Tobias! I love you so freaking much'', she cries. I stand up and go to hug her, but she has other plans and crashes her lips on mine.
While eating we have a lot of fun. Tris tells me how much she hated the torture Christina gave her. I chuckle and kiss her. After a few hours, we head back to dauntless.
The minute we step into our apartment I kiss Tris hard and push her against the door. I throw my backpack to the side and pick her up to carry her to our bedroom. Tris gasps when she sees our decorated bedroom. ''I didn't know you could be so romantic. You have really outdone yourself today.'' ''Anything for you my love.''
