i hung around my place until about 1:30 and then i got a call from jack

"hello" i say as i answer the phone

"hey you wanna come and help me record my part to one of our new songs?" he asks

"uhh i mean sure but i don't know if i'll be much help" i respond

"you don't have to do anything technical, just tell me if it sounds good or not" he says

"okay I'll be there in like 15" i say

"alright text me when you pull up" he says before hanging up

I'm a little confused why he wants me to help him record a song since that's literally his job but I'm bored so I'll just go with it

i put on some ripped jeans and a black body suit and leave my apartment

once i pull onto the boys street i text jack that I'm pulling up. i park right outside and soon after i see jack walking out of the house

"hey" he says smiling

"uh hi? why are you out here?" i ask confused cause usually when i come over i just walk inside

"since it's the day your music video drops i decided I'll be nice to you" he says shrugging

we walk inside the giant home and i see balloons everywhere with those fancy letter balloons spelling out 'you broke me first' and all my friends standing around cheering.

"CONGRATULATIONS" they all scream and jc, kian, and daniel pop the confetti poppers

"what the" i say as i look around at the house all decorated

"yeah so were not really recording a song, we wanted to throw you a little viewing party" jack says smiling

"we can't all take credit though, it was fran's idea" daniel says

"sooo what do you think?!" franny asks giving me a hug

"i think it's super sweet but it's just a music video" i say laughing

"it's not JUST a music video! it's your FIRST music video of one of the most popular songs of 2020" franny says

"you guys are so cute thank you" i say smiling as i hug all of them

"so basically we thought just the friend group could hangout until sunset and then we invited like all of LA to come over for a partyyyy" nezza says

"what tf you mean all of LA" i say

" basically everyone here invited everyone they know" jc says laughing

"IT'S 2:00" kian yells and everyone cheers as we gather in the boys living room to watch the music video for the first time

i quickly get out my phone and take an short IG video of everyone gathered around the tv and post it to my story tagging dave and jeff

the video starts with jeff and i fooling around on the couch. nothing too crazy, we actually didn't even kiss. they just had him kiss my neck and collar bones and then it pans down to his hands on my waist. nothing too serious.

"OOOOOOO" franny yells making me blush

and then he gets a text which sparks some in audible arguing from jeff and i in my apartment. then it jumps to him entering the boys house, and may i say dave or whoever edited this is amazing. they made it look and sound like there was a bunch of people in there house when in reality there was really only like 20
