it's been a week since i last saw jeff. we've talked at least once a day every day since though. I'd actually consider him to be a friend, of course I'll never tell him that though.

today's the day of the VMA's. to say the least... I'm shitting myself. i had my stylist and hair and make up artist come to my house around 11 so we could have a lot of time to get ready and not feel rushed. the carpet opens at 1:30 and I'm planning on getting there around 2

my stylist hooked me up with this gorgeous red dress that complemented my tan skin and black hair extremely well *pick at the bottom* for my hair we decided to keep it down and make it sleek and straight. for makeup we didn't do anything to intense, just a bronze glowey look with a red lip

i took some mirror selfies like a basic bitch before heading outside and catching my uber. jc and kian were invited to attend the show, as well as the why don't we boys, so we all decided to split the cost of two ubers and go together. well it was kinda my idea, i didn't wanna show up to the carpet all on my own so i made them all come with me

"you guys look great!" i say as kian and jc get into the uber

"you look beautiful as always ada" kian says as the driver takes off

when we arrived at the boys house they were all outside taking photos. when our car and the other uber pulled up they decided to have corbyn come and our car and the other four in the other

"you look sick ada" corbyn says as he climbs in

"thanks corby-worby" i say knowing he hates the nickname

on the way to the carpet we all just chatted and they made sure my nerves were settled before the show

*ding*

i look down at my phone and see jeff's name pop up making me smile

jeff: see you at the show? adelaide
ada: you'll see me on stage, jeffery
jeff: can't wait

we pull up at the event and hear a bunch of screaming fans. my nerves were through the roof

as kian helped me out of the car everyone was screaming for all of us. we all signed a few autographs and took some selfies before we had to get on the actual carpet

i took most of the pictures alone which made me nervous but obviously everyone wanted the band to take pictures separately and the same with kian and jc

"ada! can we bother you for a quick interview" a reporter yells at me and i politely smile as i walk up to her

"alright guys so we are here at the 2020 vma's with famous singer, actor, and social media personality ada campbell! ada how are you feeling today?" she asks as he puts the mic up to my mouth

"you know I'm feeling good, I'm a little nervous for my performance but that's a good thing i think" i say laughing a bit

"it is! you're gonna do great. so just last week you released the music video for the song that put you on the map in the music industry how was that?"

"it was fun, it was really really fun, it was kinda last minute not gonna lie but everyone in the video was a good friend of mine so filming it just felt like we were all hanging out" i say smiling

"that's great! and you had other youtube personal jeff wittek as the love interest in the video which may i say surprised all of us! we didn't know you guys were friends" she says

"yeah jeff's great, i texted him like two days before the shoot asking if he'd be down to do it and of course he was so I'm very greatful to have a friend like him" i say
