I went to my Step-Brother's birthday party today. He mentioned you, and asked how you were. I don't think he understands where you went, he's still a bit slow for a 16 year old. Remember when he fancied you? You were his first crush. I wish we could go back to when things were that simple. When we had crushes on boys, avidly discussed the latest episode of Lizzie McGuire and ate crisps for breakfast. Now I'm expected to fall in love, dicuss politics and actually cook myself food from scratch. I don't want to do it anymore, not on my own anyway. We should be together still; going out, getting drunk and taking selfies. Instead I'm thinking about joining you because you seem so much happier up there.
