I had my baby today, its a girl. She is 6 pounds 6 ounces and I named her Sophie, after you. I've attached a couple of photographs. Apparently babies are supposed to look like cashews with a little bit of hair when they're born. Despite her alien-appearance, though, I think you'd have liked her. She seems quite laid back and well behaved. Obviously taking after her Mother, then!

Your Mum "liked" the photos of baby Sophie and I on Facebook. I didn't tell her that I was naming the baby after you, I hope she's okay with it. She misses you so much, it wrecked her when you left.
