This is one of my favorite quotes from him and to me it's saying that when you feel like you're weak or you feel like giving into something you know you shouldn't, you should remember that's when you're strongest and when you should continue pushing through and fighting, not give up or give in. When you feel like you're at your lowest, you're actually your strongest and when you're becoming even stronger for the next challenge.
