Gwen's POV

"Nice of you guys to join us. Enjoy your little field trip?" He raised his eyebrow with a smile.

"What the hell Gally think you can call a keepers meeting without us?" Minho says angered.

"Uh last I checked he wasn't a keeper. You mind waiting outside Greenie?" He says looking at him. "You too Gwen."

"Fuck you Gally, I'm not going anywhere." I stare at him coldly.

Minho grabs Thomas arms not letting him leave.

"What's the point of all this?" He questioned.

"Two hours til sundown we have to figure out what to do with Alby." Newt says.

"We're gonna banish him?" Winston questioned, just the thought of it made me sick.

"I don't want to do anything but we don't have a choice." Gally said.

"Yes we do." Thomas said.

That was the first time I've heard Thomas say something other than a question.

"We do have a choice. We don't have to banish Alby." Thomas spoke.

"How? Did you find something?" Newt asked.

"Ya we found this." He grabs the object from Minho and lays it on the table. "It was inside a griever."

"Those are the same letter stamped on our supplies." Newt points out.

"Yes so whoever put us here obviously made the grievers. Now this is the first real clue, the first real anything you had over three years. Isn't that right Minho?"

Minho hesitated before answering, "That's right."

"Just give us one day. If you banish Alby now that's it, he's gone. But if you wait who knows where this might lead us." Thomas says as Newt and Gally look at each other.

"You see what he's trying to do right? First he breaks our rules then he tried to convince us to abandon them totally." Gally says. "You know rules are the only thing that have help hold us together. Tell me why we are questioning that? If Alby was here you know he would agree with me. This Shank, needs to be punished."

"Oh come on Gally seriously!? Newt please tell me you don't believe him." I plead.

"Hush Gwen, the guys are talking." Gally says staring at me.

Thomas and Newt stare at each other before Newt glances at me. Newt hands Minho the object we found earlier.

"Alby stays for now but your right Thomas broke the rules one night in the pit with no food." Newt says.

"Oh come on Newt." Gally and I say at the same time.

"One night in the pit, you think that's gonna stop him from going into the maze." Gally questions.

"No." Newts says. " I mean we can't just have non-runners running into the maze whenever they feel like it. So let's it's make this official. Starting from tomorrow your a runner." Newt says.

"Yes! Ha in your face Gally." I laugh.

"Wow." Gally shakes his head leaving.

"Yes nice job Thomas." I laugh wrapping him into a hug.
