Day One

First Day In The Glade
Gwen's POV

I woke up to pitch black. The ground underneath me was metal suddenly a light flashed and then another. I looked up and saw red but I also I was going straight ahead to a dead end. I hover down and close my eyes waiting for the impact but it never came. I look up and am blinded by a bright light. Someone jumps down greeting me.

"Boys." Is all he said looking at me with wide eyes.

I look up and see about thirty boys. The boy reached for me but I backed away.

"We won't hurt you." He says.

I didn't move. He left the box and they all backed away, I slowly climbed out and they all stared at me.

"This is the Glade." A blue eyes boy said.

I backed away and ran the other way.

"Get her!!!" Someone yelled.

"Damn shes fast!" Another yelled.

"Minho!!"

I didn't stop I started to run towards the trees. I was so close but I didn't make it. Someone ran into me, tackling me to the ground. I closed me eyes waiting for my body to stop. When it finally did I opened my eyes and saw a dark haired boy hovering over me. I pushed him off and ran over to a tree a few feet away. All the other boys finally made it over and helped the boy off the ground.

"She's strong." The dark hair one said as he brushed himself off.

"Fast too." The blue eyed one spoke.

"What's going on? Where am I? Who are you? Who am I?" I started to say my mind flooding with questions.

"You will remember soon but for now you need to go see Alby he can explain everything." He said.

The boy from the box walked toward me and I scrambled and hid behind the tree. He looked back and the one that ran into me started to walk forward and I backed up ready to run, he stopped and backed away from me.

"We won't hurt you I promise. You just have to come with me ok?" The blue eyes boy said softly.

He slowly approached me his hands out. His blue eyes were so welcoming something about them made me feel safe. He was only a couple steps away and put his hand out. I hesitated before grabbing ahold of his arm and pressing my body tightly to his. I stood behind him barely peeking over his shoulder at the other boys.

"Alright everyone back to work now." He ordered.
