Meanwhile, Matt is walking past the balcony when he hears his name whispered at him from the balcony. Matt stops and walks onto the balcony. No one is there. Matt turns and is just about to leave when Kol appears behind him.

Good evening. You're Rebekah's friend. We haven't met. Kol says

Matt Donovan. Matt says
They shake hands.

Kol Mikaelson. Kol says
Kol starts squeezing Matt's hand tightly. Suddenly an audible cracking sound is heard.

Aah!
Matt falls to the floor. Damon is behind him.

Hey, hey, hey, hey! Damon says

Aah!
Easy on the hand. Guy's a quarterback. Damon says
Damon rushes at Kol and pushes him off the balcony and jumps after him. Damon then beats up Kol and snaps his neck. Stefan comes running out of a door.

Damon! Are you crazy? Stefan says
The rest of the Mikaelsons and Elena come out from the opened door and see what happened.

Maybe a little. [Looking at Elena.]Far be it from me to cause a problem. Damon says
Damon turns his back and walks away.

The next day
Elijah is walking around the study and finds the burnt sage his mother used last night. Downstairs, Rebekah enters the living room, where Kol and Klaus are. Klaus is on a couch sketching he. I am sitting next to Klaus watching him sketch.

Love, you have been staring this whole time. Klaus says

I am admiring you. I say

Well, well, well, there's our girl! Kol says
He stands before her and blocks her way.

Get out of my way, Kol. Rebekah says

Out all night. What a scandal! I trust you did better than that commoner? Matt, was it? Kol says

If you don't shut your mouth, the next thing to come out of it will be your teeth. Rebekah says
Klaus grins.

Don't start, Nik! Rebekah says

I didn't say anything. Klaus says

Leave her alone you two. I say

I'm bored. Our sister is a strumpet, but at least she's having fun. I need entertainment. Kol says

What are you waiting for? Go on, have at it. Klaus says

It's not fun to go alone. Join me, Nik! It's the least you can do after sticking a dagger in my heart. Kol says

Love is that fine with you? Klaus asks

Go have fun just stay out of trouble I say

Okay. Why not? I didn't have nearly enough to drink last night, what with you trying to murder Rebekah's date. Klaus says

Yes, please go, this house has enough men rolling around it in. Rebekah says

Rebekah and I throw our shoe at Kol.
