I wake up
And face Klaus
He grabs my hand

Morning, Love. He says kissing my hand

Morning. I say
Klaus smiles
And kisses my lips
He gets up
He puts a shirt on and walks out of the room
I get up and get dressed
Klaus is in his parlor painting on a canvas. Stefan walks into the room and looks at the painting.

Looks like a giant snowflake. Stefan says

I prefer to think of it as an expression of postmodernism. It's my donation to the Winter Wonderland charity event. Klaus says
One of Klaus's Hybrid Adrian enters the room.

You said it was urgent. He says

Yes, take this to the Mystic Grill immediately. Klaus says

You want me to be a delivery guy? Adrian asks
Klaus walks forward and closes the space between him and Adrian.

What I want is for you to do whatever I say. Without the attitude. Klaus says
Adrian grimaces and walks over to the painting. He picks it up and starts to leave the room.

And be careful with that. It's still wet. Klaus says

Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves, you know. Stefan says

What is the point of my hybrids being sired to me if I can't maximize the benefits of free labor? What are you doing here? Klaus asks

Elena is sired to Damon. Stefan says

I know that Klaus says

How did you know? Stefan asks
I walk in with a glass of scotch in my hand

I told him. I said

How did you know? Stefan asks

I have my ways. I say and take a sip of my scotch

I need to find the cure now more than ever and yet here you are making postmodern snowflakes. Stefan says

I've delivered. Klaus says
Klaus walks towards me
Places his hand on my neck and kisses me

Can you two stop with all the lovely Dovey thing? Stefan says

You are jealous. Klaus says and grabs a cloth to wipe the paint off his hands.

I look in the mirror
I see paint on my neck
Grab the cloth from Klaus he takes my glass and takes a sip out of it
I wipe the paint off my neck

I retrieved the Hunter's sword from Italy which we'll use to decipher the map hidden in the Hunter's mark. You're the one who is supposed to deliver the Hunter and his mark. Klaus says

Well, Jeremy is the hunter, and he has to keep killing vampires to complete his mark, but we can't quite figure out how to keep him from killing us. Stefan says

Sounds like quite the chore. This is why I feel perfectly justified doing a little charity work. Klaus says

Hmm, or maybe you're lying about having found the sword. Stefan says

Why would I lie to you, Stefan? Klaus says
Klaus strides past Stefan and towards a vault in the other room.

We're in this together. Klaus says

Love, come here. He says
I walk past Klaus

Yes. I say

Open it. He says
Stefan follows me into the other room. I turn the dial on the vault and opens it up. I take the sword out.
