After the incident at the gala, Ms Osis and I seem to work more in sync than before.

I mean, I still don't know what's going on in that pretty rock-hard head of hers, but at least I can read her emotions better.

Like right now, she's shooting me a look that reads: I will kick your bloody ass if you don't stop staring and get to work, dingus.

Yep, it's all the obvious to me now.

I give her an understanding smile and shift my eyes from her looming cleavage to my laptop screen.

My thoughts keep coming back to the moment when she admitted she was romantically involved with a woman.

I so want to ask more about it, but I know she doesn't want to talk about any of that, maybe ever again.

I have to find a new angle to ask, just to stop my gay heart and my twin-flame dreams from going all cray-cray.

'Yo bitch, over here!!'

Luke waves to me when he spots me coming into the pub with Chris.

I decided it's a good idea for them to meet because they have similar vibes (crazy and funny), also there's a drinking discount for three people tonight. Win-win.

'What's up man? This is Chris. I think you two will get along.' I slide into the bench next to Luke and give him a squishy hug.

'So you're the blonde version of me.' Luke turns to Chris, grinning.

'Yes, the name is Chris, Your Majesty.' She court-bows with her hand dramatically.

Luke laughs hard at that, 'I like you already, come on, get over here!' He half-stands up and pulls Chris into a hug.

'Shall we drink to it? A new-found friendship?' Chris asks in excitement.

'Definitely! I'm buying the first round. What do you guys want?' Luke says, wavering his thick brows.

'Corona, please.'

'Make it two.' I add after Chris. 'And since when do you buy drinks? It's not only the friendship, is it?'

'Aha! Smart pants, don't ruin my image.' He winks, 'But, yeah. I've got some good news. I'll tell you guys about it.'

'Now, I have to get those drinks!' He jumps up and walks towards the bar. I can see several guys and chicks checking him out.

Partly because of his very dramatic and glittery outfit. But, seriously, he's a gorgeous guy. Tall and well-built.

I really wish he could give me three inches of his height. He really doesn't need them.

'Wishing he wasn't gay?' Chris teases me as I sigh to his fit derriere.

I chuckle, 'Oh no, I'm good with the ladies, thanks.'

I've told Chris about Luke's sexuality along with mine before. Both he and I are quite open about it anyway.

But, Chris got quite emotional and gave me a hug, thanking me for trusting and telling her.

I ended up feeling sentimental as well. It had been some time since I told someone I'm gay directly.

Mostly, people just learned it in the bits of conversations. Like what happened with Ms Osis.

'Yep, you just leave the pretty boys to me. Thank you very much.' She declares playfully, 'So, is any of the ladies here your cup of tea?'

'Um...' I look around, trying to find a type.
