A/N: So this and the upcoming chapters are going to be frustrating and a bit..... sad (according to my friend). I know you all still have questions. Hope you enjoy! 😇😈

"Say, Jacob. How is the doll I gave you last time? Are you taking care of it?"

Jacob frowned at the random question. He hesitantly nodded, remembering the doll was stuffed somewhere in his car trunk. Kevin chuckled and grabbed an incomplete doll from his work table.

"Have I told you before? I made these dolls from trash. They were nothing but disgusting garbage but I managed to turn them into beautiful dolls."

Jacob stayed silent, not sure where Kevin was leading this one-sided conversation. Kevin looked up at him and his glint, legit, gave Jacob chills through his blood.

"Garbage, just like those people."

"Peo...ple? The ones that died?"

Kevin nodded. He put the doll back onto the table. Jacob's eyes followed his movements. He was trying to understand why Kevin was talking about his dolls. He took a careful look at the doll again. He set his twisted mind to think up of reasons.

"Kevin. What did you do with these dolls?" Jacob asked, voice firm yet hesitant.

"I already told you. I took those garbage like people and turned them into something useful and pretty!"

"Kevin....... what did you do to those people?" Jacob's voice was now evident of fright.

Then it clicked. There were reports of bones missing in the body, the murders of Mr. Bong and Mr. Lee and a few others. Kevin smiled again as Jacob seemed to understand what he was saying.

"Kevin... did you- did you actually use their bones-"

"To create these dolls? Yes, I did. They were useless anyway." Kevin said nonchalantly.

Jacob was unable to get out a word. He felt small and fearful under the scrutinizing gaze of Kevin. He was still trying to get in term with the whole new set of information.

His friend, Chanhee, was sick. And he didn't know. Of course, he wouldn't. He wasn't interested But Kevin knew....

"Why are you leaving Chanhee in this state? Don't you have to fix him?"

"Fix what? He is perfect the way he is." Kevin replied.

Jacob scoffed in disbelief. He raked his hands through his hair out of frustration.

"Chanhee, no, New is a murderer. He is killing people just to write his books! He is a psychopath! Kevin, that is not okay!"

Kevin didn't seem to heed Jacob's words. He lifted his hands up to cup Jacob's cheek. Jacob flinched at the contact.

In a way, Jacob was also a psychopath. He still can't seem to reject Kevin's touch even when he knew how dangerous the man was. He sighed deeply in disappointment at himself.

"My dear Cobie, I don't think you have a say in that. Don't forget what you did in high school to that girl." Kevin whispered.

Jacob gulped. He knew perfectly well which girl he was talking about.

Jacob stared flatly at the struggling girl he was pulling towards the pool. The girl was tied and gagged up, leaving no room for escape. Jacob heaved her up and laid her down the cold ground.

The girl whimpered as Jacob pulled out the gag. She did not dare speak a word. Jacob smiled.

"Why aren't you talking now? You seemed to like to yap a lot when you were bothering Kevin." He said in such a nice tone but his look was deadly.
