it was second period meaning i had math. none of my friends were in this class, making time go by even slower.

i kept glancing over at the clock hanging up next to the door. every time i looked at it only a little amount of time had gone by.

i guess looking at it every other minute didn't help. that probably made time go by even slower, but i didn't care. i just wanted to leave this class. then i would be able to see sapnap during lunch.

after another thirty exhausting minutes of listening to the teacher talk the bell finally rang. students filled up the hallway, all making their way to the cafeteria.

i immediately made my way over to sapnap, sitting down directly next to him. we both pulled out our lunches and started up a conversation.

"how was your class"

"absolutely shit," i laughed. "that is my worst class. no one i know is in it."

"yeah i get that. feel free to text me if you're bored," sapnap spoke. "my second period is also boring."

"i'll keep that in mind" i smiled, taking a drink of my water.

we both continued eating our lunches while sitting in a comfortable silence. on the other side of the table sat carter and clay.

sapnap and i didn't pay attention to them. the main reason we sat together is because we only really have one friend. it was better to sit with people you know, rather than some other random high school seniors.

"at least we have next period together.." sapnap said, breaking the silence on our end of the table.

"yeah, i guess so. clays in it as well" i rolled my eyes sarcastically.

"haha true" sapnap laughed.

"what about me?" clay said bringing his attention to us. "i heard my name..."

"i was just saying we have next period together, sheesh." i replied back.

"oh, okay then." he looked back at carter and continued the conversation that took place moments prior.

lunch was sadly over meaning it was time for our next period. we all made our way into the hallway. carter went in his own direction, while clay, sapnap, and i made our way to class together.

sapnap sat all the way across the classroom, in the far back corner. clay sat diagonal from me, to my right.

like usual, no one payed attention in class. the work was easy, allowing us to cheat on it. as well as the teacher wasn't too strict. the way she graded was simple. mainly everyone was passing the class.

the majority of students were on their phones, including me. i was scrolling through my twitter timeline, except i got interrupted. sapnap had texted me.

okay, do you have plans or are you free?

right as i began typing out a response i got another text message. this time it was from clay. i replied to sapnap before closing out of his contact.

not that i know of. and clay just texted me....

i swiped out of sapnaps contact, now clicking onto clays.

i let out a short quiet sigh as i closed out of clays contact. i don't know why i agree with go places with him. we weren't really friends. i guess wanting to get to know each other was a good enough reason for me.

i opened sapnaps contact once again. i began typing out an excuse on why i would have to ditch minecraft later today.

i don't think i can pls minecraft later. clay convinced me to go somewhere with him.

i let out a quiet laugh when i sent the message. seconds later i was interrupted by the sound of the bell going off. 'only one class left' i reminded myself.

thankfully i enjoyed this class. it went by pretty fast seeing i actually payed attention. i didn't look over at the clock every five minutes either, which also made it seem like time sped up.

the last bell rang, and everyone gathered there things, then crowding the hallways. we all grabbed everything out of our lockers, then making our way out to the parking lot.

this time carter drove us home. after we arrived home we both made our way into our own rooms.

after an hour of sitting down and scrolling through my phone i received a text from clay.

i got up from sitting down at the end of my bed and got my shoes back on. i didn't change my clothes, seeing what i had on was good enough.

i sat back down on the edge of my bed while i waited for clay to arrive. after a couple minutes of waiting i finally for a text from clay.

coming down

i replied and headed downstairs. i made my way out of the front door and walked over to clays car.

i didn't bother telling my parents seeing they never care when i leave the house. neither do they notice.

i put my seatbelt on then looked over at clay. "so, where are we going"

"i'm not telling you, you'll find out" he smiled as he backed out of the driveway.

"it's no where bad," he added. "at least in my opinion"
