Chapter 13 : Kirby - I'm Sorry...

Kirby woke up in somewhere he didn't know. It was dark, and he was lying on cold hard ground.

Where was he?

Kirby started to remember what had happened. He was caught by Wilanda and has blacked out because of some kind of purple matter gathering around him. He wondered if he actually had escaped Wilanda, but couldn't remember where he was.

He looked around and saw that he saw no corners of the room, and saw no roof, like it was endless darkness. He looked down at himself and saw he was half-transparent.

Hm, strange.

He turned around and suddenly, he saw light in front of him. Kirby stood up and got closer to the way the light was coming from. He saw something that was like a really big television screen, though what the screen showed didn't look like a television show. He saw Wilanda, looking down evilly at the screen. Just looking at him made Kirby shudder.

'Well, Kirby, looks like we're at the power stone now.'

The screen turned to a rock that was placed in the middle of the dry land with no plant growing around it.

'Poyo,'

Kirby heard somebody speak in Poyo Language, and it was strangely familiar. It sounded like... his voice. The screen got closer to Wilanda. Wilanda tossed a sword he picked up at the screen. It caught the sword... And the hands that caught the sword were... pink. His arms. The screen made an inhaling sound, and the sword was replaced with another. Kirby's sword.

Slowly, it dawned on Kirby. Kirby wasn't the one controlling Kirby. It was Wilanda. And now, he was just Kirby inside evil Kirby's mind. He couldn't do anything to control evil Kirby. And the screen was how evil Kirby saw everything now.

Kirby slid down onto the floor. He was now controlled by Wilanda. Now, the Galaxy can be destroyed. All of his friends and the innocent creatures will now die because of his small mistake.

Kirby started to cry. He couldn't take it. But he couldn't feel the tears, because he was in evil Kirby's mind, and he wasn't actually crying.

Bandana Dee will now die. Dedede will now die. Meta Knight will now die. Everyone will die, just because of him.

I'm sorry, everyone. I'm so sorry...

'Kirby!'

Kirby looked up, half-blinded with tears. Evil Kirby turned as well, and saw...

Meta Knight. King Dedede. Bandana Waddle Dee. His friends.

'Kirby's eyes... They're black...' Kirby heard Bandana Dee whisper.

'He isn't normal Kirby. He's controlled by this bitch!' Dedede growled at Wilanda.

'The 3 of you just made a very bad choice! You guys will be defeated because I now have the strongest creature in the galaxy on my side!' Wilanda smiled evilly.

You monster! Kirby wanted to scream.

Kirby stood up shakily and started to run to the screen. However, he crashed into the screen, and Kirby fell. But it didn't hurt.

'Kirby, monsters, attack!' Wilanda yelled.

No!

Evil Kirby moved and started fighting with Meta Knight. 50 tiny monsters attacked Bandana Dee and Dedede.

Stop it! Kirby screamed.

Galaxia and Kirby's sword clanged together. Evil Kirby swung his sword, but Meta Knight deflected the attack. Evil Kirby created a sword beam, but Meta Knight dodged it.

Evil Kirby kept on pushing Meta Knight, but Meta Knight never attacked. He kept on defending.

Kirby couldn't believe it. Even if he was evil and trying to hurt Meta Knight, he still didn't attack Kirby.

Meta...

Kirby felt his heart beat faster. He couldn't understand what this feeling was.

'Kirby,' Meta Knight whispered as he defended as if reading Kirby's thoughts. 'I don't want to hurt you. I don't know if you can hear me but just listen. You were a great friend to all of us. But... you're more than a friend to me.'

Wait, what?

What did Meta Knight mean by that? Kirby stared at Meta Knight in confusion. Even evil Kirby stopped attacking and stared at Meta Knight.

Wilanda noticed and yelled, 'Kirby, what are you doing? Attack Meta Knight!'

But evil Kirby didn't move, so Wilanda growled, 'Fine, I'll fight him myself.'

Wilanda pushed evil Kirby to the side and started attacking Meta Knight. This time, Meta Knight didn't just defend but attacked as well.

Kirby was still shocked about the fact about what Meta Knight has said. He still didn't understand what he meant.

Kirby, Wilanda's voice echoed through where Kirby was. Attack Meta Knight from above and cut his mask, his biggest defence.

Wait, no! Kirby wanted to stop evil Kirby, but evil Kirby flew up in the sky, getting ready to attack Meta Knight.

Meta Knight was currently concentrating on fighting with Wilanda and took no notice of Kirby. When evil Kirby was right above Meta Knight, he fell, spinning his sword around him in mid-air.

Meta Knight, obviously hearing the swishing sword sound, looked up. His eyes widened and he tried to defend, but it was too late.

Kirby screamed as Meta Knight's mask broke in half with a crack.
