Talking with the Unexpected Visitor

*Emily's POV*

"Dad?" I said but it came out more as a question.

"Hi." He said simply.

He runsaway, leaving us to think he was an accident and all he can say is hi.

"You runaway from the house, leaving everyone to worry, thinking you might have been in an accident, and all you can say is hi." I say with anger starting to appear in my voice.

Before my father can say anything, Jamie appeared out of nowhere with her phone.

"Emily your mother wants to talk-wait what?" She says in confusion, realizing my father was standing in the doorway.

"What are you doing her?" She asks in confusion.

"Hold that thought." I said before my father could even speak.

I grabbed Jamie's phone and put it to my ear.

"Hello?" I said.

"Emily, your father disappeared, and we have no idea where he is, there was an accident by our house and we have no idea if it's him our not." My mother said quickly through her sobs,

Before I answered, dad was shaking his head, indicating me not to tell mom that he's here.

"Mom, calm down. I honestly don't know what to tell you or what to do. But I really have to go. Simon and the rest of our management showed up randomly and wants to have an emergency meeting for our tour. I've gotta go. Bye." I said quickly before hanging up, while staring at my father the whole time.

"Continue." I said, indicating my father to answer Jamie's question.

"Maybe we should go inside and talk. It's pretty cold out here." Jamie and I just nodded and stepped inside to let him in.

This is going to be one long night.

*Sophia's POV*

"Emily, your father disappeared, and we have no idea where he is, there was an accident by our house and we have no idea if it's him our not." I said quickly through my sobs,

There was a breif pause, before Emily answered. Maybe she's just upset abut her father being missing.

"Mom, calm down. I honestly don't know what to tell you or what to do. But I really have to go. Simon and the rest of our management showed up randomly and wants to have an emergency meeting for our tour. I've gotta go. Bye." Emily said quickly before hanging up, not sounding upset at all.

I slowly took the phone away from my ear and handed it back to Harry, The tears slowly streamed down my face as Louis came up and embraced me in a hug.

"Don't worry. He's going to be fine. I just know it." He said as he rubbed my back.

"Emily doesn't even care that her own father might have been in an accident." I said softly through my sobs.

No one dared to speak after that. After about an hour, I started to drift off and before I was fully asleep, I felt myself be lifted off the ground and put on something soft a little while later.

*Annemarie's POV*

"So you found our address a couple of days ago and decided tonight of all nights to come and visit us." Emily asks, trying to process what he had just told us.

"Basically." He replied.

"And why on earth would you do that?" I asked in a 'really' tone.

"Because I haven't seen my daughter in over a year and I thought it was time." Liam answered.

"Mom texted me while you guys were having dinner and told me how upset you were that we weren't there. She said she even say tears come out of your eyes a couple of times." Emily stated.

"So." Emily says.

"So, disappearing like that is obviously going to worry, not only mom, but everyone else." Emily responds.

"Oh." Was all that came out of his mouth. "I wasn't really thinking that far ahead."

"Obviously." Emily mumbled.

We sat in a weird silence for a few moments, no one dared to speak. But after a good 2 minutes, I had an idea that needed to be shared with everyone in the room.

"Guys." I said suddenly, making everyone jump.

"What?" Alex whined.

"Would you like to surprise a few people?" I said with an evil smile.

"I know that smile. Louis has the same smile when he has an idea. What are you planning?" Liam said quickly.

I quickly explained my plan to everyone in the room. Everyone listened carefully at the plan, nodding their heads at certain parts.

"What if it doesn't work?" Jessica asked with concern.

"It has to work. It has to work. They're going to want to see us perform anyway." I stated.

"She does have a point." Liam said.

"Well, I guess it's settled then. I'll tell Simon in the morning." Emily says.

"Wait, it your tour doesn't start for another month, where am I going to stay?" Liam asked.

"You can just stay in the guest bedroom." Emily points out.

"But I don't have any clothes." Liam states.

"I'll stop by the house tomorrow and get you some clothes." Emily says and Liam agrees.

"Well, on that note, I'm going to bed since we have to be at the studio by 7. Night." I said while the others followed close behind.

Well, today was definitely an interesting day.. Let's hope tomorrow's a little better.
