Concert Day
*Jessica's POV*
*The Next Morning*
BEEP BEEP BEEP
I immediately unplugged my alarm clock and rolled out of bed with a groan. The girls and I didn't go to bed until 2 o'clock in the morning and it is currently 5 o'clock in the morning. So we basically got 3 hours of sleep. But we have a valid reason. We had to finish our other half of our packing, which I didn't realize would take us that long."GIRLS AND LIAM WAKE UP!" I yelled as I stood in the middle of the hallway, shaking myself out of my own thoughts.
I heard multiple crashes and groans before everyone slowly shuffled out of their rooms.
"Who knew that you'd be the first one up." Alex mumbled as she shuffled her way back into her bed room, along with everyone else.
I took this opportunity to grab my clean clothes from my room and jump in the shower. What Alex didn't know was, that I was the first one to take the first shower. The hot water runs out fast in this house. So it's basically first come first serve.
After my shower, I put on my fresh clothes and made my way back into my room to dry my hair and put on make up. As I made my way back to my room, I earned a multiple of screams from the others. Probably because of how long my shower was, but I wasn't really paying attention to them. It's way too early to deal with that right now.
*At the Arena*
"I still can't believe I had to take a cold shower." Liam complained.
"Now I know why you always yell at me to stop complaining." Emily stated.
"And why is that?" LIam asked.
"Because it's annoying." Emily replied in a monotone voice.
"Girls, to time to fool around. This is your first show and it has to be perfect." Simon started as he rushed into the dressing room.
"Wow. No pressure at all." Annemarie said sarcastically, while interrupting Simon.
Simon gave Annemarie a look, which caused her to go silent immediately. It took a lot to hold in my laughter. I think Annemarie gets even more sarcastic than usual when she's nervous and it's actually pretty funny.
"As I was saying, you girls will have sound check, than you will get your hair and makeup done and then you will get changed into your clothes you will be wearing for the concert. You should have some time for yourselves before the concert. Just don't mess up your voices or hurt yourselves. This is the first show of tour. We don't need to postpone any shows because one of you are in the hospital." Simon explains before leaving the dressing room.
"Well, that was comforting." Annemarie said sarcastically as we all laughed at her comment.
"Your sarcasm is on point today." Jamie stated.
"Thank you, I'll be here all week." Annemarie said with a smile, as we all laughed again.
It's nice to know that we have friends that we know will cheer us up when we're not feeling right. I actually forgot about my nerves for a few moments because I was laughing so hard at Annemarie's sarcastic comments.
*8 Hours Later*
"You girls ready for tonight?" Lou asks.We are currently sitting in the dressing room with Liam, Lou, and Lux. We still have a few hours until the concert, so we don't have to get ready just yet. We're just sitting here waiting anxiously for the time to come.
"No." We all say in unison.
"Don't worry. You'll do fine." Lux assures us.
"What if we mess up?" I asked nervously.
"Don't worry if you mess up. When I was in One Direction, we occasionally forgot the words to some of our songs." Liam says.
"Really? What happen?" Alex asked anxiously.
"When we forgot the lyrics?" Liam asked.
"No, when you flew to the moon." Annemarie said sarcastically.
Liam gave her a small glare before answering the question. A few minutes later, Simon walked in and looked as panicked as ever.
"Why aren't you girls ready yet? The concert starts in just a few hours." Simon asked with panic in his voice.
"Simon, relax. Sound check is finished. And we don't go on till 7 o'clock. We have time." Emily tells him.
"But you have to meet fans before hand. Remember, that was in the email I sent you a few days ago." Simon explained.
"What time do we have to meet the fans?" Alex asked.
"From 4:30 to 6:30." Simon responded.
"What time is it now?" Jamie asked.
"About 1:45." Simon answered.
"How long will it take for all of us to get ready?" Annemarie asked Lou and Lux.
"About an hour and a half to two hours." Lou replied.
"Well, what are we waiting for. Let's get ready." I said, getting up from my seat and shoving Liam and Simon out of the room.
"No offense, but we have to get ready." I told them before shutting the door in their faces, leaving them standing there with hurt expressions. Hopefully they'll get over it.
*About an Hour and 15 Minutes Later*
We're finally done meeting the fans and still have another half an hour until the show actually starts. I don't know about the other girls, but I am more nervous about the Liam surprise than actually performing our first concert.
*Louis' POV*
*One Hour Till the Concert*
"Do you think the others are going to be here?" Eleanor asked me as we made our way into the arena.
"Of course they're going to be here. Their daughters are in the group too." I replied.
"I just hope Sophia's holding up alright." Eleanor mumbled.
"I hope so too." I replied.
*At their seats*
"Hey, Sophia. How are you holding up?" I asked as I brought her into a tight hug.
"I'm doing alright, concidering my husband's missing and my daughter could care less." Sophia replied.
There was something in her voice that didn't sound like her normal self. Probably sadness because her husband disappeared on her and anger because her daughter could care less that her father is missing.
"So, you excited to see their first concert?" Eleanor asked her, breaking the awkward silence between us.
"Yeah, I guess so." Sophia replied as we suddenly went back to the awkward silence.
I really hope the others get here soon. I don't know how much longer of this awkward silence I can take.
